SLIP PROOF TILE HAVING A RUBBER LAYER AS A BOTTOM LAYER
A slip proof tile having a rubber layer as its bottom layer is disclosed. The rubber layer is disposed as a bottom layer of the tile, and the rubber layer comprises raw materials made of natural rubber, EVA mixture, calcium carbonate, stearic acid, Zinc oxide, cross linking agent and foaming agent. By employing the proposed present invention, the slip proof tile is advantageous of providing high slip resistance and meanwhile preventing from being moved or falling off.
STONE-PLASTIC FLOOR AND METHOD OF PREPARING THE SAME
Disclosed are a stone-plastic floor and a method of preparing the same. The resin substrate of the stone-plastic floor of the present disclosure is prepared by using raw materials with specific components and amounts, without using any plasticizing agent, toughening agent and foaming agent and without environmental hidden dangers. The resulting stone-plastic floor has high strength, high hardness, excellent shrinkage performance and no environmental hidden dangers, and can tolerate direct sunshine, and has good stability and long service life for use safety. The method of preparing the stone-plastic floor of the present disclosure has simple processes, enabling online continuous production with high production efficiency.
Tile-type decorative flooring material comprising non-slip foam, and method for manufacturing same
A tile-type decorative flooring material includes a surface-processed layer, a clear layer, a design-print layer, an underlayer, and a micro-embossed plastic foam part having a plastic foam layer and an adhesive film layer with micro-embossing. The flooring material provides a significant improvement in terms of slippage between the product and the floor surface in a construction process not using an adhesive.
PANEL
A panel having side edges for connection to a further panel in order to cover a surface of a room, includes an upper side, an underside, and at least four side edges. The panel has a multilayer structure including an elastic base layer, made entirely or predominantly of an elastically adjusted polyurethane, and above the base layer a top layer which compared to the base layer is less elastic. The top layer is pressed via an adhesive layer with the base layer to form the multi-layer structure.
Acoustically Absorptive Solid Volume Building Assembly
A building assembly, for use in a floor and/or ceiling of a building, consisting of a solid wood or mass timber structural panel layer, a lightweight panel layer, and an acoustically absorptive solid volume material layer between the solid wood or mass timber structural panel layer and the lightweight panel layer to provide a separation of an air-borne acoustic vibration or a separation of an impact- or structure-borne acoustic vibration between the lightweight panel layer and the solid wood or mass timber structural panel layer.
COATING FOR A FLOOR ELEMENT AND A FLOOR ELEMENT FOR SOUND REDUCTION
What is disclosed is a coating for a floor element comprising a coating varnish for application to the floor element, the coating varnish comprising a cork powder.
Sound attenuating laminate materials
Sound absorbing or attenuating laminate flooring materials are provided, which are directed to be used in the production of floor covering, floor panels, furniture panels, cabinets, counter-tops and wall panels. As well, the methods for producing such products are provided. In particular, abrasion resistant panels, with a laminated structure, created by forming an assembly which consists of laminating a heat-activated resin impregnated paper wear layer, a decorative layer with printed graphics or a wood veneer decorative layer, a medium density (MDF) or high-density (HDF) natural fiber-based core and a resin impregnated paper balancing layer. To achieve sound absorbing and/or attenuating properties, any or all paper layers may be pre coated with an additional flexible elastomeric coating, film or material prior to assembly of the panel, or the natural fiber core panel may be coated with a flexible elastomeric coating, film or material prior to assembly with the papers. The flexible elastomeric coating, film or material acts to absorb, reduce, and/or ameliorate the sound transmissions inherent in laminated panels.
Flooring construction and method
This invention relates to an assembly type floor panel that is easy to assemble, dismantle, and maintain, and that closely and nonadhesively contacts an underlying floor. The floor panel is composed of a base panel of elastic material, e.g., calcium carbonate, a stiffer panel on the upper side of the base panel and a sliding protective sheet on the bottom side of the base panel. Adjacent panels are joined by the cooperation of a projection and groove along an edge of one panel with a projection and groove along an edge of an adjacent panel. By virtue of the elasticity of the base panel and the protective sheet, the floor panel can closely contact an underlying floor, accommodate uneveness in the underlying floor, and conduct heat from the underlying floor.
ENGINEERED RIGID ACOUSTICAL LOOSE LAY FLOORING
An apparatus, system, and method are disclosed for a loose-lay flooring. The loose-lay flooring includes a rigid core, a wear layer, and an anti-slip layer. The wear layer is dispose on a first side of the rigid core. The anti-slip layer is disposed on a second side of the rigid core.
