A lightweight composite roofing support system is disclosed. The roofing support system includes a longitudinally-extending core member having a wedge-shaped lateral cross-section, a first side, and a second side, the first side and the second side tapering toward one another at a first predetermined acute angle (), the core member comprising a core material. The roofing support system also includes a cover layer comprising a cover material, the cover layer disposed on and covering at least one of the first side and the second side, the cover material being substantially more compressible than the core material, the core member and cover layer comprising a first roofing support.

The apparatus may include a ridge member, a first arm rotatably coupled to the ridge member and extending outward, relative to the ridge member, in a first plane angled relative to a first pitch of a roof structure. Also, the apparatus may include a second arm rotatably coupled to the ridge member and extending outward, relative to the ridge member, in a second plane angled relative to a second pitch of the roof structure. The ridge member may be positioned at an apex between the first pitch and the second pitch along a ridge of the roof structure. Further, materials for installation may be placed on at least one of the first arm and the second arm positioned between the roof structure and the materials. Additionally, the apparatus may include a load arm coupled at each respective end portion of the first arm and the second arm.

A lightweight composite roofing support system is disclosed. A roofing anchor configured to be removably secured to a seam of a roofing panel includes a first segment having a first flange configured to contact a first side of the seam upon closing the roofing anchor, and a second segment opposing the first segment, the second segment having a second flange opposite the first flange, the second flange configured to contact a second side of the seam upon closing the roofing anchor. The roofing anchor also includes a hinge mechanism configured to open the roofing anchor to separate the first flange and the second flange by a distance greater than at least a top of the seam, and to close the roofing anchor to bring the first flange and the second flange in contact with the seam. The roofing anchor further includes a securing mechanism configured to apply a compressive force on the seam.

Implementations of a roof platform configured for use on an inclined roof are provided. In some implementations, the roof platform is adjustable so that the platform thereof can be positioned in a horizontal orientation even when mounted on a pitched (or inclined) roof. In this way, equipment (e.g., an air conditioning unit, satellite dish, solar panel(s), etc.) may be positioned on the platform and thereby the roof of a building. In some implementations, the roof platform assembly may comprise a platform that includes two leg couplings affixed to a front side thereof, four tubular legs stabilized by braces, and four pitch adjustable feet configured to be affixed to a roof. Another example implementation of the roof platform assembly may comprise a platform that includes four leg couplings, four tubular legs stabilized by pairs of adjustable braces, and four pitch adjustable feet configured to be affixed to a roof.

A roofing anchor configured to be removably secured to a seam of a roofing panel includes a first segment having a first flange configured to contact a first side of the seam upon closing the roofing anchor, and a second segment opposing the first segment, the second segment having a second flange opposite the first flange, the second flange configured to contact a second side of the seam upon closing the roofing anchor. The roofing anchor also includes a hinge mechanism configured to open the roofing anchor to separate the first flange and the second flange by a distance greater than at least a top of the seam, and to close the roofing anchor to bring the first flange and the second flange in contact with the seam. The roofing anchor further includes a securing mechanism configured to apply a compressive force on the seam.

A lightweight composite roofing support system comprises a longitudinally-extending core member comprising a longitudinally-extending first roof contact side comprising a first core edge and opposed second core edge, a longitudinally-extending second side comprising a second side working surface, the second side tapering toward the first core edge at a first acute angle, and a longitudinally-extending third side comprising a third side working surface, the third side tapering toward the second core edge at a second acute angle that is different than the first acute angle, a laterally-extending first core end comprising an integral first recess defining a first handle/grip, and an opposed laterally-extending second core end comprising an integral second recess defining a second handle/grip, the core member comprising a core material and a wedge-shaped lateral cross-section, the first roof contact side comprising a base attachment structure configured for selective attachment to/detachment from a mating base member core attachment structure.

A roofer support apparatus for providing a level support on a pitched roof includes a base mount with a plurality of adjustment apertures and a chain slot. A mount bottom side is positioned on a pitched roof. A support is pivotably coupled to the base mount and receives a board. A pivot bracket is coupled to the support and is selectively engageable with two of the plurality of adjustment apertures to fix the pivot bracket to the base mount with the support horizontal. A chain is coupled to the base mount and is selectively engageable with the chain slot of the mount front side. A chain anchor is coupled to the chain. The chain anchor is secured to an opposite roof side of the pitched roof.
