Provided in this disclosure is a pool with a cover to provide shade to the pool's occupants. The cover is supported by poles. The cover can also be raised for use to provide shade and shelter to occupants and lowered to protect the pool from contaminants when it is lowered. The cover can have certain attachments, such as a mosquito net or misters. The mosquito net prevents bugs from entering the pool and misters provide a cool mist for users of the pool. Also provided is a cover having a series of overlapping panels that can be collected into and retracted out of a collector panel.

A canopy for selectively covering an area, such as a sports field includes at least two beams which span the area, at least two cross beams which are displaceable along the beams, a cloth which is attached to the cross beams, a drive which is configured to displace the cross beams with the cloth attached thereto along the beams, and a substantially flexible tensioning member fastened between the cross beams.

The swim spa cover includes a series of support rods that are adapted to engage across the first bottom protection layer. A first air gap is created between the body of water and first bottom protection layer. A multifunctional frame pool includes a foldable water inner container; a frame assembly arranged at a periphery of the water inner container and configured to support the water inner container; a platform arranged on an upper edge of the water inner container; and a tent including tent cloth and tent frames. The tent cloth is arranged above the water inner container via the tent frames. Each of the tent frames has a bottom end arranged on the frame assembly or platform, and a top end in contact with the tent cloth. At least two tow assemblies are arranged on the tent cloth. Each of the tow assemblies has one end connected to the tent cloth, and the other end that is movable to change an angle formed by the tent cloth between a tow point and the corresponding tent frame, and the ground.
