According to the embodiments illustrated herein, is an apparatus for cleaning and skimming debris on, about and below a surface of a body of water. The apparatus comprising a handle connected to a pole, a frame configured in a generally circular shape having a center point where the handle is attached to the frame. Attached to the frame is a mesh, in the shape of a net to collect debris from at or about the surface of the body of water. A float assembly comprising a float attachment rod and a float, that is attached to either the pole, the handle or the frame so that the center of the float is positioned at the center point of the frame at a collinear point along a central axis line that runs through the frame, the float, the handle and the pole.

A pool cleaning device (1) for cleaning debris from the floor of a pool without the use of suction and/or a pool pump and an interchangeable netting system that allows a user to change the net (10) on the pool cleaning device or on a pool skimmer from a mesh size used for capturing small debris to a mesh size used for capturing large debris as necessary.

Some embodiments can include a tool. In a number of embodiments, the tool can comprise a housing configured to hold a chlorine tablet. In many embodiments, the housing can comprise one or more grips circumferentially disposed at a bottom side of the housing and adapted to grip the chlorine tablet. In some embodiments, the housing can further comprise a release button disposed from a top side of the housing to the bottom side of the housing and configured to selectively release the chlorine tablet from the one or more grips. A method and apparatus having a backing implement for removably holding a swimming pool tile cleaner. A scrubbing member removably attaches to the backing implement, wherein the scrubbing material is operable for cleaning said swimming pool tile. A scrubbing member attachment implement attaches the scrubbing member to said backing implement. A mounting mechanism enables the backing implement and scrubbing member to removably attach to a frame of a debris collecting tool operable for said cleaning the swimming pool tile, wherein said cleaning including applying a surface tension releaser to a body of water in a swimming pool and working the debris collecting tool with removable cleaning implement around the body of water to clean the pool tile and collect debris.

Swimming pool cleaning apparatus may include a cleaning unit intended to be immersed in a swimming pool and at least one liquid filter circuit between at least one liquid inlet and at least one liquid outlet via a filter chamber removable from the body of the cleaning unit. The filter chamber may include a cover and a filter basket. The cover may include components for fastening the filter basket and locking the filter chamber to the body of the cleaning unit. The locking component may be releasable and, when released, may cause an extraction handle to be deployed from the filter chamber and urged toward a predetermined position.

Certain exemplary embodiments can provide a system, machine, device, configured for cleaning debris from water in a water container via a water cleaner that includes a handle, a collection net configured to collect debris resident in the water, and a frame configured to hold substantially open a primary inlet of the net.

An apparatus for cleaning swimming pools, cement finishing tools, and wire ceiling applications, having an outer tube having a collar and angled detent, and a mechanism for attaching a tool. A dodecagon shaped inner tube configured to be received within the outer tube within an aperture in the collar. The inner tube is shaped to slide within the outer tube to a selected position in relation to the outer tube, allowing for the angled detent to position and secure the inner tube within the outer tube. A plurality of apertures are aligned on the inner tube, so that the angled detent, which includes a locking mechanism, which may be a tapered or ringed pin that is operably engaged with one of the apertures, to secure the inner tube at a selected position within the outer tube.

A pool cleaning assembly for cleaning an above ground pool includes a hose that may be fluidly coupled to an intake of a filtration unit of a pool thereby facilitating the filtration unit of the pool to generate suction in the hose. A first tube is selectively and fluidly coupled to the hose to generate suction in the first tube when the hose is fluidly coupled to the intake. A plurality of second tubes is provided and each of the second tubes is selectively and fluidly coupled to the hose to extend a length of the hose. A plurality of cleaning attachments is provided and each of the cleaning attachments is selectively and fluidly coupled to the hose. Each the cleaning attachments is manipulated for cleaning an inside surface of a pool. A holding unit is provided and a pool filter is positioned thereon for cleaning the pool filter.

A tool to affix to a pole of a pool cleaning apparatus to prevent the pool cleaning apparatus from sliding into a pool, the tool includes a cylindrical collar to secure onto the pole; and a flange projecting outwardly from the cylindrical collar; the flange provides a means to catch on a side of the pool to prevent the pool cleaning apparatus from sliding into the pool.

A tool designed to remove and prevent the buildup of dirt and calcium, as well as hard watermarks on pool tile. The tool includes a 180-degree swivel pole mount handle that attaches to an extendable pole. The tool may include an adjustable arm to allow the scrubbing surface to reach around the edge of the pool and beneath to the tile border along the waterline. The scrubbing surface may include a plate mounted on a swivel (pivotable) with interchangeable scrubbing attachments. The tool may include at last one non-marking caster wheel to allow the tool to be rolled along the deck of the pool without causing any damage. When operated, the tool allows a user to stand upright, rolling the tool along the deck of the pool while the adjustable arm reaches below the deck to bring the scrubbing surface into contact with the tile border along the water line.
