A variable acceleration curved surface spiral gear transmission mechanism for accelerated oscillator damper damping systems is disclosed. Through the orthogonal orbit planetary gear set moving along the parallel circular arc line guide rail, the concave surface spiral gear and the convex surface spiral gear are meshed at different radii, so as to realize the continuous changing of the speed ratio and changing of the acceleration of the additional mass block. The spiral curve limit guide groove is set on the surface of concave surface spiral gear and convex surface spiral gear, and the changing rate of speed changing ratio is adjusted by designing different spiral curves, and then the acceleration changing rate of additional mass block is controlled.

This disclosure relates to an active inerter damper configured to be disposed on or in a building structure. The active inerter damper includes a base, a lead screw, a rotational mass block, a driving device and a controller. The lead screw is movably disposed above the base along an axial direction. The rotational mass block is engaged with the lead screw so as to be rotatable with respect to the base. The driving device is connected to the lead screw. The controller is electrically connected to the driving device, and the controller is configured to activate the driving device to move the lead screw along the axial direction so as to rotate the rotational mass block via the lead screw.

In a particular embodiment, during operation, the construction platform and structures built on the construction platform can float on the buffer medium. In an earthquake, a construction platform floating on a buffer medium may experience greatly reduced shear forces. In a flood, a construction platform floating on a buffer medium can be configured to rise as water levels rise to limit flood damage.
