Trellis posts
A trellis post comprises a moulded plastic tubular element defining a central post, the central post providing an interior and defining two flanges extending from opposed sides of the central post. The flanges extend along the length of the tubular element and define a series of spaced apart slots for receiving wires. The trellis post defines a ground engaging spike at one end. The moulded plastic tubular element is reinforced with an internal stake extending through the interior of the post and a supporting/filling material is located between the stake and the interior of the central post. The filling material may be a foamed plastics material, mortar, concrete, and Portland cement.
Stretch Mechanism for Folding Support Assembly
A folding support assembly with stretch mechanism for rapid and efficient installation of a fence system. The stretch mechanism extends upwardly from a brace and slides along the brace. A tensioner mounted between a first post and the stretch mechanism maintains the stretch position of the stretch mechanism relative to an end post. A plurality of markings longitudinally spaced apart on the brace indicate a stretch specification. The brace is pivotally mounted between a first post sleeve and a second post sleeve. The first post sleeve and the second post sleeve fold to a position approximately parallel with the brace in a storage configuration and unfold to a deployed configuration. An angle support pivotally mounted between the first post extending from the first post sleeve and the second post sleeve is extendable by means of a slip joint.
AN ANCHOR AND APPLICATOR FOR AGRICULTURAL FENCING
An anchor for a bottom wire (2) of an agricultural fence is disclosed. The anchor (1, 100) has a length of wire (3, 103, 203) and an arrowhead (10, 310). The length of wire has two ends (4, 5), a bend (6) and a generally U or V-shaped configuration. The arrowhead has a leading (21) and a trailing (22) end with the two ends being connectable to the arrowhead approximately midway between its leading and trailing ends. The arrowhead has a drive connector portion (23, 29) to permit the arrowhead to be connected to an applicator (12, 62, 112) and by means of which the arrowhead can be driven into ground (19) below the fence. The applicator has an elongate rod (13,113) having a tip (11) and a head (41) at opposite ends thereof, the head being shaped to transmit an inertial impulse to the rod. Methods are also disclosed.

Multifunctional pile
A pile (1) intended to be driven into the ground to serve to support an object, the pile (1) having a conical shape terminating in a point (5). The pile (1) has at least two lugs (4) each having a slope (12) intended to favour driving of the pile (1) into the ground and an abutment (9) intended to prevent the withdrawal of the pile (1) in a direction that is opposite to that of the driving in, and in that it has an orifice (18) intended to receive an end-piece adapted to support an object.
Trimmer Line Shield for Chain Link Fencing
A trimmer line shield for preventing the line of a grass trimmer from striking and entangling, stressing, or breaking against wire mesh and other elements of chain link or similar fencing. The shield is comprised of elongated stiff plastic extrusions extending along the fence line, secured to elements of the fence frame and the bottom of the wire mesh to inhibits growth of vegetation into open spaces between the wire members of a wire mesh fencing.

FENCE OPENING APPARATUS
The present invention relates to a fence opening installation apparatus for connecting a pair of spaced fence posts, comprising: a latch member, at least two anchor members, at least one base member, wherein the latch member is releasably connected together between two spaced sections of a first fence post and a second fence post, wherein the first anchor member is disposed at the end of the first fence and the second anchor member is disposed at the end of a second fence post, and wherein the first and second fence post are operatively connected to the corresponding anchor members to disengage from the base member to raise out the corresponding post lower section of the fence post in conjunction with the user manipulation to create an opening for the user.

SIMULTANEOUS INSTALLER/INJECTOR/AUGER SYSTEMS AND METHODS
An augered fence post that is both an auger and a fence post. Like an auger, the augered fence post can be drilled into the ground. Unlike an auger, the augered fence post is left in the ground to become a fence post. When drilled into the ground, the helical screw cuts a hole. The fence post being hollow, fill material can be flowed through the post, out of flow holes, and directly into the hole. The flow holes are positioned such that they are down in the hole when the fill material is flowed. The fill material can be a mixture containing cement or can be a foam. The foam can be formed by mixing two or more components that produce a foam that hardens within the hole.
