Cut-Resistant Security Fence
A cut-resistant fence panel and method of securing a protected site are provided that preserves some ability to see through the fence and have air-flow through the fence.
Earthing technique
An earth connector for a fence panel includes a member with a sharp edge which penetrates protective material on rods of the panel to come into electrical contact with at least two of the rods.
Modular fence system
A modular fence system includes a plurality of fence panels, each having top, bottom, left side, and right side edges. The left side edge may define a first profile, and he right side edge may define a second profile, the second profile being complementary to the first profile, whereby the left side edge of one panel may be disposed in side-by-side relationship to the right side edge of a second panel. The top, bottom, left side, and right side edges may define a periphery, with a plurality of barrier members residing within the periphery. Each panel may also include a strengthening feature integral with a plurality of the barrier members. A first hinge may carried on the left side edge, and a second hinge carried on the right side edge and configured to align with the first hinge.
Modular perimeter fencing system
A system and method of installing a modular fencing system in which slotted posts are used in conjunction with hollow longitudinal rails to support the fence panels in a manner that creates a unified curtain wall perimeter barrier. The posts, rails, and fence panels are made of metal. Plastic sleeves with angularly-tilted ends are inserted into both sides of a slot opening to prevent water intrusion and to facilitate fencing on a slope. The rails are then slidably inserted into and through the sleeves to be held in place through the slots. Adjacent rails are mechanically fastened to each other. The full length of the fence is bolted to the rails to ensure that any load or impact to the fence is distributed throughout the entire system. For additional strength, each fence panel is also through-bolted to metallic finish plates, which are mounted on the slotted posts.
Mesh fence material and method for making thereof
A method for producing a fencing material including the steps of: providing a border material having an interior surface; providing a mesh material having a front and a back; treating the interior surface of the border material to produce a tacky border material surface; placing a portion of the front and/or the back of the mesh material against the tacky border material surface; pressing the tacky border material surface and the mesh material together; and thermally bonding at least some portion of the front and the back of the mesh material with the interior surface of the border material. The border material being a polyvinyl chloride, the mesh being a polyvinyl chloride material and/or a vinyl coated material.
ANCHORING ASSEMBLY AND ASSOCIATED FENCING
An anchoring assembly for enclosures that includes at least one laminar screen, which has at least one rigid wire, and at least one post, for supporting the screen with vertical orientation. The assembly has at least one pin provided with a head and with a shank, the shank being configured to be inserted into a hole in the post. The assembly further includes at least one clamp that has a recess configured to receive the shank with interference. The rigid wire can be clamped in the clamp. The assembly also includes at least one at least partially threaded stem, which can be screwed into a female thread which is provided inside the pin, with consequent mutual tightening of the clamp.
Shaped fence
An infill fence panel having a body which made from a mesh material and which has a first edge and a second edge opposing the first edge. The second edge forms an included acute angle with the first edge such that the body, from one side, has a wedge shape. The first edge is located on, and is fixed to, an upper edge of a primary panel which is of rectangular form and made from a mesh material.
MODULAR PERIMETER FENCING SYSTEM
A fencing system includes a post configured to be anchored to the ground. The post includes a passageway through the post. A rail member, with the post anchored to the ground, is received within the passageway of the post. A length of the rail member extends from the post. The rail member includes a first side and a second side opposite the first side. The rail member includes a lengthwise opening along the first side of the rail member. With the rail member received within the passageway of the post and the length of the rail member extending from the post, a fence panel is attached at the length of the rail member at the second side of the rail member.
Mesh fence material and method for making thereof
A fencing material includes a border material including a first polymer and having an interior surface; and a mesh material having a front and a back, a portion of at least one of the front and the back being bonded to the interior surface of the border material.
