STRUCTURE FOR PROVIDING A PHYSICAL OR VISUAL BARRIER
A structure (1) for providing a physical or visual barrier comprises at least one post (2) mounted to a supporting surface and to which is secured at least one slat (8) by at least one wedge (10). The post (2) has a beam 31 (16) extending upwards from a footing. The beam (16) comprises at least one longitudinally extending plate which at least partially encloses a hollow (18). The beam has at least one plate that extends between opposite left and right sides (33, 34). The beam has at least one plate that extends between opposite front and rear sides (31, 32). The beam (16) is cut through by at least one slot (28) extending rearwards from the front side (31) part of the way towards the rear side (32). The slot (28) is configured to receive a portion of a slat (8) when inserted into the slot (28) in an insertion direction from the front side (31) of the beam (16). The slat (8) then extends laterally away from at least one of the sides (33, 34). Each slot (28) has a width that provides a sufficient clearance gap (29) with the slat (8) whereby a tip (40) of the wedge (10) may be driven into the gap (29) from one side of the beam (16) to secure the slat (8) to the beam (16).
Reinforced mechanical post
A reinforced post comprises a baseplate and a reinforcement member having at least one channel, with each channel for receiving a bolt. The baseplate has a hole for each channel. For each hole a bolt is engaged with the channel through the hole to secure the reinforcement member to the baseplate. A hollow post is positioned over the reinforcement member.
TWO PIECE TEMPORARY FENCE SUPPORT
A two piece temporary fence support. The support has a base having a pair of apertures disposed therethrough proximate the midpoint of the base, a plate having a pair of apertures disposed therethrough in matching dimension to the base, a pair of posts extending vertically from the plate, each posts permitting a fence panel to be mounted thereon, and a pair of fasteners disposed through the apertures of the base and the apertures of the plate to fasten the plate to the base.
FENCE
A fence comprises posts and panels. Each end of a panel includes a turn-back bend that leads to a securement mechanism for securing the panel to a post, whereby the securement mechanism (e.g., screws), is hidden from the front of the fence, thereby resulting in an aesthetically appealing fence. The panel may be made from ¼-inch steel.
Fence Rail Fork
A vinyl fence rail remover for use where the rail is held in the fence post via tabs cut into the rail and rail tabs must be depressed to remove the rail from the hole cut into the fence post. The fence remover has a handle/tube on a first end, a metal “U” shape section, a straight section, and a tapered second, opposing end from the handle/tube. The handle/tube is as long as necessary to reach the bottom rail through the inside of the fence post. The “U” shaped middle piece is ⅛ inch to ¼ inch smaller than the exact size of the fence rail. The open end of straight section extending from the “U” shaped section is tapered or bent outward to allow it to slip over the tabs of a fence rail as the device is driven over the rail inside the fence post.
Fence assembly with lighting system
A fence assembly with a lighting system includes a hollow fixing base defining a plurality of first opening at an upper end thereof, a fence body, a plurality of light strips and electrical wires. The fence body includes a plurality of hollow second posts, and is removably connected to the fixing base and configured for sealing the plurality of first openings. Inner space of the fixing base communicates with inner space of the second posts. The plurality of light strips has a first end fixed in the fixing base and has the other part received in corresponding hollow second post. The electrical wires are accommodated within the inner space of the fixing base and used for electrically connecting with the first ends of the plurality of light strips.
FENCE COVER AND FENCE COVER KIT
A fence cover includes a first panel, a second panel, and first and second posts. Each post has a respective first post panel and a respective second post panel that define a respective channel that extends through a respective post. The respective channel is configured to receive a fence. The first panel is mechanically coupled to the respective first post panels of the first and second posts. The second panel is mechanically coupled to the respective second post panels of the first and second posts. The first and second panels define a sleeve that is configured to receive the fence.
SECURITY MESH
The present disclosure relates to a security mesh. The security mesh includes a first sheet and a second sheet. A first portion of the first sheet is adjacent to a first portion of the second sheet along a first direction, and a second portion of the first sheet overlaps a second portion of the second sheet along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction.
Fence system
A fence system includes posts, links and fasteners. Once assembled, the fasteners extend through holes of the posts, and each of the fasteners can couple a first end of a first one of the links to a second end of a second one of the links to secure the links to the respective post. Each of the fasteners can apply a clamping force that urges the second end of the second one of the links towards the respective post to bear against the first end of the first one of the links.
