PREFABRICATED MODULAR FENCING WITH ADVANTAGEOUSLY-SHAPED CONNECTORS
A prefabricated modular fencing system comprises first and second fence panels, each panel having opposing side ends. Each side end carries outboard connectors. The connectors have upper sides defining one of a concavity and a convexity and have lower sides defining the other of a concavity and a convexity, and the connectors define a bore within each convexity. The convexity of a connector carried by the first fence panel may be complementary with and interfitted within the concavity of another connector carried by the second fence panel, to assemble the first and second fence panels together. A post is disposed through the bores of interfitted connectors.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR VERTICAL AND HORIZONTAL IN-FILL INSTALLATION
Disclosed is a fence system. The fence system, comprising: a first post; a second post, wherein each of the first post and the second post comprises a first set of ribs and a second set of ribs; a lower rail, wherein a first end of the lower rail is adapted to terminate at a face of the first set of ribs of the first post and a second end of the lower rail is adapted to terminate at a face of the first set of ribs of the second post; and an upper rail, wherein the lower rail and the upper rail are positioned to receive one or more infill boards, such that the one or more infill boards are adapted to terminate at a face of the second set of ribs of the first post and at a face of the second set of ribs of the second post.
Apparatus and methods for providing a portable fence
The invention pertains to a portable fencing system that provides for easy and versatile positioning and removal. In one aspect, the portable fencing system includes sleeves that are pre-positioned in the ground so as to define a predetermined boundary suitable for a particular repetitive use. In another aspect, a portable fencing system that is without pre-positioned sleeves is described, which is more suitable for applications where the insertion of semi-permanent sleeves is impracticable, or where added positioning flexibility is desired.

Bollard Fence
A bollard fence panel includes bollards extending vertically from a concrete base and laterally separated by a gap of about four inches, where each of the bollards is a hollow steel section, and a metal plate located a standoff distance below a top end of the bollards, the metal plate having laterally spaced passages each of which slidingly disposing an upper end of a bollard of the bollards.
A Post
In a preferred embodiment of the invention there is a post comprising a plurality of poles 5 located in and extending from a ground surface adjacent to one another. A sleeve 1 is arranged around the poles 5 so that the sleeve and poles combine to provide a shaft. In this embodiment each pole has a tapered ground-engaging end 6 and the sleeve has a large compartment 2 for two of the poles 5 and a small compartment 3 for one of the poles.
Fencing system
An improved fencing system can include an improved fence posts. Such fence posts can include features for accommodating different types of fasteners for attachment to fence components, such as fence rails. Additionally, some fence posts, such as gateposts, can be formed with one or more pieces of other fenceposts in a fencing system. Some such improved fence posts can include concrete locks.

Yard Stake
A garden stake includes a top portion that includes an elongate parallelepiped body having an open top and a closed bottom. The body has a central longitudinal axis extending therethrough. A flange extends outwardly from the closed bottom. A bottom portion includes a spike extending from the flange, away from the body.
