DEVICE FOR FORMING POST SLEEVES AND RELATED METHODS
20210062531 · 2021-03-04 ·

A method of forming a post sleeve within a post hole in the ground to include a post receiving cavity to insertably receive and support a post is provided. The method includes positioning a post sleeve core within the post hole with the aid of an elongate installation member and depositing uncured material into the post hole to at least partially surround the post sleeve core while the post sleeve core is attached to the elongate installation member. The method further includes allowing the uncured material to harden around the post sleeve core to form at least a portion of the post-receiving cavity of the post sleeve and removing the post sleeve core from the hardened material to expose the post receiving cavity to receive and support the post. Other related methods of forming post sleeves are also provided.

Bollard Setting and Installation System

A bollard setting and installation system for efficiently installing a bollard wall without any restrictions relating to proximity to water or flood plains. The bollard setting and installation system generally includes a setting frame which is positioned on a ground surface. A plurality of bollards is positioned on the setting frame in a desired spacing and orientation to form a bollard wall. A vehicle having a vehicle arm connected to a lifting frame is positioned such that the bollards are secured to the lifting frame by clamps in the desired spacing and orientation. The vehicle may then move the lifting frame to position the lower ends of the bollards in an opening in the ground surface. Concrete may be poured to encapsulate the lower ends of the bollards. The lifting frame may then be removed, with the bollard wall being free-standing in the ground surface.

POST POUNDER

A post pounder with a delta handle configuration and reinforced plug is disclosed. In embodiments, a post pounder includes a hollow tubular body where one end is closed with a plug. Two opposing handles are formed to the body of the post pounder by attaching a rod to a hollow tubular body at a first point, passing the rod over the plugged end of the body, and attaching the rod to the body at a second point opposed to the first point. In some embodiments, a bend is formed in the rod in each of the handles to provide a delta configuration.

A fence panel construction device includes a structural member and a pair of post members coupled to the structural member. Each post member includes a pair of attachment devices configured to removably attach a pair of fence stringers to the pair of post members. A pair of actuator mechanisms are coupled to a respective one of the pair of post members to position the pair of post members corresponding to a pair of fence posts on a property. A finishing assembly is coupled to the structural member and includes at least one fastening device and at least one trimming device both operable to move vertically. The finishing assembly is operable to move horizontally while the at least one fastening device fastens fence boards to the pair of fence stringers and at least one trimming device trims the fence boards. A method of making a fence panel is provided.

Post driving guide
11859402 · 2024-01-02 ·

An apparatus including mechanisms for holding or guiding a fence post (or other type of post), in an essentially vertical orientation and in a relatively loose manner so that the apparatus can readily be removed part way through the post-driving activity and so that the downward driving force does not damage the apparatus. The apparatus is expandable from a compact transport configuration to a free-standing use configuration, and includes an assembly head having a connecting means for connecting a pair of pivotable 1st and 2nd support legs (each having a foot end and having an apex end pivotably connected to the assembly head and essentially opposing the apex end of the other support leg); a 3rd pivotable support leg having a 3rd foot end and a 3rd apex end pivotably connected to the assembly head (and enabling the apparatus to stand when all three support legs are pivoted outwardly); and a stabilizer support downstanding from the assembly head, and including a lower connection end. The apparatus also includes a stabilizer guide member having a middle portion pivotably connected to said lower connection end of said stabilizer support; a stabilizer end pivotably connected to said 3rd support leg; and an opposite guide end defining an aperture sized to accept insertion of the fence post in a manner positioning it essentially vertically for commencement of the user manually driving it into the ground but facilitating lifting of the apparatus off the partially driven post without altering the vertical positioning thereof.

A fencing device 1 comprises installing means for driving the posts 5 of the fence into the ground. These posts are provided with a pointed lower end 9 so that they can easily be driven into the ground. The net with the posts attached thereto is wound on a reel 11. The installing means gradually guide the posts from the reel to the ground, while the lower ends of the posts are driven into the ground. For guiding the posts, the installing means are formed by a guide consisting of a top guide profile 13, two side guide profiles 15 and a bottom guide profile 17. When a temporary fence is erected, the first post is to be driven into the ground manually and supported with a cable or pole. Subsequently, the fence will be unwound from the reel while the trailer is moved on.
