Self-adjusting locking piece for a locking unit
A locking piece for a locking unit includes a housing having a housing opening. A locking arm, which engages through the housing opening, is mounted so as to be displaceable, in a direction at a right angle to its longitudinal direction, in the housing opening. A slide is guided displaceably in the housing in the displacement direction of the locking arm and is motion-coupled to the locking arm in the displacement direction. The housing and/or the slide are/is formed from magnetically attractable material. At least one magnet acts between the housing and slide and positionally fixes the locking arm in each possible displacement position within the housing opening.
Closure
In an exemplary embodiment, a door lock includes a locking latch which is rotatable to and fro between a locking position and an unlocking position; a locking holder that engages the locking latch in a locking position; and a stop that limits the rotational movement of the locking latch; wherein the stop is repositionable and provides different stop positions in different stop receptacles.
ADJUSTABLE LATCH SYSTEMS AND METHODS
A latch system is configured to adjustably secure a first component to a second component. The latch system includes a mounting base including first serrations. An adjustment plate includes second serrations. The first serrations of the mounting base cooperate with the second serrations of the adjustment plate to couple the mounting base to the adjustment plate at a desired position. A housing is secured to the adjustment plate. The housing includes an arm channel configured to receive and retain a latch arm.
DOOR LOCK KIT, DOOR FRAME LOCK KIT, AND MAGNETIC DOOR LOCK WITH THE SAME
A magnetic door lock includes a door lock kit and a door frame lock kit. The door lock kit includes a deadbolt having a retaining slidable sleeve disposed in a deadbolt guiding slot in a housing, and a magnet disposed in the sleeve. The deadbolt is operable to slide between a locking position, where a retaining end of the sleeve projects outwardly from the housing, and an unlocking position, where the retaining end retreats into the slot. A driving member is operable to drive the deadbolt to slide from the locking position to the unlocking position. The door frame lock kit includes a lock frame and a magnet which is magnetically attracted to the magnet to urge the deadbolt to slide into the lock frame in the locking position.
Shear pin latch receptacle assembly for aircraft doors
A shear pin latch receptacle assembly including an inner bushing; an outer eccentric bushing including a first inner bore configured to receive the inner bushing; a stabilizer member configured to be assembled with the inner bushing and the outer eccentric bushing to form a subassembly; and a housing including a mounting plate and a barrel, the barrel defining a second inner bore configured to receive the subassembly. The outer eccentric bushing is rotatable relative to the housing in order to adjust the receptacle assembly. In addition, when the receptacle assembly is assembled, the stabilizer member prevents rotation of the inner bushing with respect to the housing.
Door strike having a dead latch release
An actuator-controlled strike comprising a housing disposable within a doorframe and including a cavity for a spring latch and a dead latch of a mortise-type lockset. A keeper is pivotably mounted within the chamber to engage the spring latch. A pivotably mounted kicker cooperates with the keeper. A pivotably mounted dead latch release is supported by the keeper when the spring latch is within the strike. The keeper is released by the actuator and rotates into a position to ramp the spring latch out of the strike, also allowing the dead latch release to release the dead latch into the cavity, allowing the spring latch to be ramped out of the strike. Pivoting the keeper causes the kicker to urge the spring latch onto an exit ramp on a face of the keeper. The dead latch release can be installed in a plurality of different locations in the housing.
Adjustable door latch
An adjustable door latch is provided, which includes a base part, one side of the base part is provided with a clamping part. A ventilation groove is provided in a middle of the base part, a positioning hole is provided on the ventilation groove. A rebound pin is provided on the base part, a movable lock tongue is provided in the ventilation groove. The movable lock tongue is provided with spaced adjustment holes, and a bottom end of the rebound pin penetrates the positioning hole and is plugged into the adjustment hole. The adjustment holes are matched with the positioning holes on the ventilation groove, and the rebound pin is used to achieve telescopic positioning. The size of the ventilation opening can be flexibly adjusted according to thickness of the vehicle door and the distance between the door locks of different vehicle models adjustable door latch.
Electronic lock with adjustable dead latch channel location
An electronic lock with adjustable dead latch channel location, comprising: an electronic lock body, having a housing cavity and a latch bolt; a plate, further having a gap for exposing the housing cavity and the latch bolt; a fixed adjust element, the middle section of the fixed adjust element is arranged below the gap, and set a fixed channel; and an active adjust element, having a ramp element relative to the latch bolt, the ramp element having an active channel relative to the positioning channel, and the width of the active channel is narrower than the distance between the pair of the fixing blocks, so the present invention can directly adjust the position of the dead latch channel without disassembling the entire electronic lock from the door frame.
ADJUSTABLE ESCUTCHEON PLATE
An adjustable escutcheon plate has an aperture that is expandable and contractible. The adjustable escutcheon plate includes at least two face plates and at least two rear plates, interlockable together to form a body of the escutcheon plate. The aperture is expandable and contractible along a first axis and a second axis, with the first axis and the second axis being orthogonal to each other. Wall anchors are releasably attachable to the body to secure the body to an adjacent drywall surface.
Catch
In an exemplary embodiment, a locking holder with a mounting element in which the locking holder can be fastened to a door frame in a mounting plane, and with a holding surface which is arranged spaced apart with respect to the mounting plane and can be engaged behind by a door-side locking latch in order to lock the door, the holder includes a holding shoe which can be fastened releasably to a holding element in order to set the distance of the holding surface with respect to the mounting plane.
