SELF-ADJUSTING LOCK SYSTEM
The present invention is a lock system that can be used in the entire sector of white appliances and characterized by comprising a lock bolt (4) that fits into its seat through the stretching of the lock bolt housing (6) by means of the spring (3) located on the body (1) and a mechanism that allows the machine hatch to be closed by restoring the lock bolt housing (2) back to its former position even if the lock bolt housing (2) is in closed position.
ACTUATOR FOR A VEHICLE COMPARTMENT
A vehicle includes a compartment mounted to a frame of the vehicle. The compartment includes a box coupled to a vehicle in a fixed position relative to the vehicle and a latch system coupled to the glove to allow a user access to the box. The latch system includes a shape-memory alloy wire and a spring that are used during actuation of the latch system.
VEHICLE GLOVE BOX LATCH
A vehicle glove box latch includes a housing, a paddle pivotably connected to the housing, a rotor pivotably connected to the housing, a pawl coupled to the rotor and having an end that is engaged with an opening in the vehicle, and a lock barrel mounted to the housing for locking and unlocking the vehicle glove box latch. In a locked state of the lock barrel, the pawl cannot be disengaged from the opening in the vehicle. In an unlocked state of the lock barrel, the pawl can be disengaged from the opening for opening the vehicle glove box. The lock barrel, the rotor and the rotor mounting portion are concentrically aligned along an axis, which reduces the depth of the latch, which reduces the space in the glove box necessary for accommodating the latch, thereby resulting in an increase in the available storage space in the glove box.
Automatically-extendible deadbolt latch assembly
A latch assembly for a door includes automatically deployable deadbolt. When the door is closed and the latch engages a strike plate, the deadbolt automatically extends into a corresponding opening in a door jamb to secure the door.
Actuator assembly for locking devices
This invention relates to locking devices and particularly to an actuator assembly for a locking device with electronic control. The actuator assembly includes: a motor, having a drive shaft installed to a motor shaft, and a coil spring installed to the drive shaft, and further includes: a follower shaft capable of displacing in an axial direction in the coil spring, and a pin installed onto the follower shaft and rotatable into the coil spring, and the follower shaft is extended into the coil spring and slidably fitted to the coil spring. Compared with the prior art, this invention effectively maintains a radial limitation of the cylinder spring to overcome the vibration of the spring occurred during the rotation of the cylinder spring and the axial displacement of the follower shaft.
ROTARY LATCH WITH DAMPENING AND BARREL RETENTION
A rotary latch assembly for a vehicle door includes a rotor and a catch mounted between front and rear latch plates with a spring bias for movement between opening and closing positions. A noise dampening bumper resides between the plates to engage the rotor during opening and closing movements for soft opening and closing. An actuator barrel, for releasing the catch from the closed position to the open position, is snap fit between the plates, to eliminate use of a mounting clip.
LOCK DRIVE ASSEMBLIES
An illustrative motor drive assembly is configured for use in a lockset comprising a case, a longitudinally movable link, and a catch configured to move among a locking position and an unlocking position in response to longitudinal movement of the link. The illustrative motor drive assembly includes a longitudinally extending shaft comprising a worm, a motor operable to rotate the shaft, a driver engaged with the worm, and a longitudinally extending spring. The spring is not directly engaged with the worm, and includes a first end coupled with the driver and a second end connectable with the link. Engagement between the worm and driver is configured to longitudinally move the driver in response to rotation of the shaft.
Latch bolt installation structure and door lock using such structure
The present invention relates to the field of lockset and provides a lock body a latch bolt installation structure comprising a latch bolt body having a driving part and a latch part, wherein the latch part is detachably connected with the driving part. The latch part is configured with a male part inserting into a female part on the driving part; the female part comprises a first installation position and a second installation position for installing the latch part; when the latch part is installed at the first installation position, a flat surface of the latch part faces towards a first direction; when the latch part is installed at the second installation position, the flat surface of the latch part faces towards a second direction which is opposite to the first direction. The present invention is advantageous in fast reversal of the installation of the latch bolt as well as the construction progress control and user experiences.
Door opening and closing device for vehicle
In a door opening and closing device for a vehicle, a handle case is mounted on an outer panel of a door, an arm portion of an outer handle that can be operated on the door extends through the handle case, penetrates into the outer panel, and is pivotably supported on the handle case, and a return spring is provided between the handle case and a pivoting member that is disposed on the handle case, pivotably supported on the handle case, and operatively linked to the outer handle. The device includes a dust proof wall surrounding a coil portion of the return spring. Accordingly, even when foreign matter enters an interior of the outer panel of the door through a gap between the arm portion of the outer handle and the handle case, it is possible to inhibit foreign matter from being caught in the return spring.
Door outside handle
A door outside handle is provided. The door outside handle includes a first base to which a handle lever connected with a handle grip is coupled; a second base which is coupled with a hinge portion of the handle grip and formed to be separated from the first base, and performs pivotal movement toward the inside of a door with respect to the first base when a crash occurs; and a connection member connecting the first base and the second base together and facilitating the pivotal movement of the second base.
