SMALL VOLUME DOOR LOCK PANEL
A small volume door lock panel includes a panel mounting seat provided with a mounting cavity on one side, and a torsion head provided in the mounting cavity. A fixing member is provided in the mounting cavity. A mounting hole for clamping engagement with a mounting tool is formed in the fixing member. One end of the fixing member is provided with a connection part for connecting and fixing. A safety hole coaxial with and in communication with the mounting hole is formed on the panel mounting seat, a return spring for connecting is provided between the mounting cavity and the torsion head, ends of the return spring are both clamped into the mounting cavity, the torsion head is provided with control parts of a compression spring, and the mounting cavity is provided with a fixed blocking piece which limits the torsion head, the return spring, and the fixing member.
Casement Window Opening Control Device with Sliding Arms
A device may limit opening of a sash hingedly coupled to a master frame, and includes: a bracket attached to the sash; a first arm having a first end pivotally coupled to the bracket; a second arm having a first end pivotally coupled to the first arm's second end; means for biasing the second arm into a retracted position; and a release assembly. The release assembly is secured to the master frame and includes a hook pivotable between a first position and a second position, which, in the first position, may be releasably received in an opening in the second end of the second arm when the second arm is in the retracted position, as the sash is closed and received within the master window frame The second arm is disengaged from the hook, permitting full opening of the sash, when the hook is pivoted into the second position.
DOOR OPENING AND CLOSING DEVICE FOR VEHICLE
In a door opening and closing device for a vehicle, a handle case is mounted on an outer panel of a door, an arm portion of an outer handle that can be operated on the door extends through the handle case, penetrates into the outer panel, and is pivotably supported on the handle case, and a return spring is provided between the handle case and a pivoting member that is disposed on the handle case, pivotably supported on the handle case, and operatively linked to the outer handle. The device includes a dust proof wall surrounding a coil portion of the return spring. Accordingly, even when foreign matter enters an interior of the outer panel of the door through a gap between the arm portion of the outer handle and the handle case, it is possible to inhibit foreign matter from being caught in the return spring.
LOCK CAPABLE OF AUTOMATICALLY LOCKING A DOOR AFTER CLOSING
A lock capable of automatically locking a door after closing includes a latch, an anti-theft latch, and a stop-latch. When the door is in an open position, the stop-latch is in an extended position to prevent the anti-theft latch from moving to an anti-theft position. When the door pivots to a closed position, the stop-latch moves to a retracted position, and the anti-theft latch moves to the anti-theft position. When the latch is moved to an unlatching position through normal operation, the anti-theft latch moves to a non-anti-theft position. Thus, the anti-theft latch will be in the anti-theft position when the door is in the closed position, and the anti-theft latch will move to the non-anti-theft position when the door is opened through normal operation.
Door lock
A door lock, assembled in a door sheet, is provided, wherein the door lock has a latch, a first locking mechanism, and a second locking mechanism, wherein the door lock is adapted to be assembled on the door sheet through coupling the first locking mechanism and the second locking mechanism onto the latch. The first locking mechanism and the second locking mechanism have a spiral resilient member screw and abut on a bulge so as to lock the first locking mechanism and the second locking mechanism corresponding to the door sheet. At the same time, an engaging member of the second locking mechanism can both resiliently abut against an upper engaging member and a lower engaging member of the first locking mechanism, so as to limit the lateral movement of the first locking mechanism and the latch, which is not only assembled conveniently. Besides, the engaging and abutting structures among the engaging member, the upper engaging member, and the lower engaging member as well as the spiral resilient member and the bulge are very simple and effective.
Latch bolt installation structure and door lock using such structure
The present invention relates to the field of lockset and provides a lock body a latch bolt installation structure comprising a latch bolt body having a driving part and a latch part, wherein the latch part is detachably connected with the driving part. The latch part is configured with a male part inserting into a female part on the driving part; the female part comprises a first installation position and a second installation position for installing the latch part; when the latch part is installed at the first installation position, a flat surface of the latch part faces towards a first direction; when the latch part is installed at the second installation position, the flat surface of the latch part faces towards a second direction which is opposite to the first direction. The present invention is advantageous in fast reversal of the installation of the latch bolt as well as the construction progress control and user experiences.
Lock drive assemblies
An illustrative motor drive assembly is configured for use in a lockset comprising a case, a longitudinally movable link, and a catch configured to move among a locking position and an unlocking position in response to longitudinal movement of the link. The illustrative motor drive assembly includes a longitudinally extending shaft comprising a worm, a motor operable to rotate the shaft, a driver engaged with the worm, and a longitudinally extending spring. The spring is not directly engaged with the worm, and includes a first end coupled with the driver and a second end connectable with the link. Engagement between the worm and driver is configured to longitudinally move the driver in response to rotation of the shaft.
Door lock with handle
A door lock for a handle, comprises a housing, a rotatable connector inside the housing, a first elastic element and a second elastic element both arranged inside the housing. The rotatable connector is interacted with the handle. The first elastic element is at least configured to provide a restoring force for the handle to return to its origin position when the handle is rotated upward to lock the door, and the second elastic element is configured to provide a restoring force for the handle to return to its origin position when the handle is rotated downward to unlock and open the door, as well as to provide enough resistance to remain handle at its origin position when the handle is released. The door lock is effort-saving for the users to rotate the handle upward, and also adapted for various handles having different weights, to be remained at the origin position when the handle is released.
Door lock assembly with self adjusting spindles
A door lock system that adjusts to doors of different thicknesses. The door lock system may include self-adjusting spindles that engage and center a lock body in a door. The spindles may exert equal and opposing forces that center the lock body within the door and align the lock body with a latch.
Luggage Door Paddle Lock Assembly
A latching system for the compartment door of a vehicle, such as an RV, includes a main latch assembly and one or two follower latch assemblies, providing two or three points of locking engagement between the compartment door and the RV wall. All of the latches, whether two or three or more, are automatically opened in unison by actuation of a single paddle associated with the main latch assembly. A cable is connected between the main latch assembly and the follower latches so that pivoting the paddle of the main latch assembly automatically moves the plunger of all connected latch assemblies to their open configurations.
