The storage device includes: a box body; a locking mechanism arranged in the box body; and a lock body that selectively cooperates with or separates from the locking mechanism, the lock body includes: a lock shell that remains stationary relative to the locking mechanism in working state; a rotating tongue that selectively cooperates with or separates from the locking mechanism and rotates relative to the lock shell; a blocking assembly that selectively blocks or avoids the rotating tongue within rotation travel of the rotating tongue; an actuating assembly that selectively blocks avoidance of the blocking assembly at first position within avoidance travel of the blocking assembly; and a falling block assembly arranged at second position within the avoidance travel of the blocking assembly, that supplements blocking function of the actuating assembly when the lock shell is subjected to impact force.
LOCKING BRACKET FOR IRRIGATION TIME CONTROL BOX
A locking bracket, for use with an irrigation sprinkler timer box having a base for attachment to a fixed mounting surface, a plurality of side walls extending out from said base, a hinged cover rotatably attached to one side of the timer box, and a cam lock assembly having a rotatable cam plate mounted to the hinged cover in a position for engagement with a locking tab fixed on a sidewall of said timer box located opposite to the side to which the hinged cover is attached, when the hinged cover is closed and the cam lock assembly is in the locked position, is provided and formed of a base plate configured to attachment to the timer box base inside the timer box and a vertical extension bracket attached to and extending normally out from said base plate in juxtaposed, parallel spaced relationship with the timer box sidewall adjacent to the locking tab and has a cam lock receiving slot formed therein and configured for engagement with the cam lock in a position between said cam lock and the locking tab when the hinged lid is closed and the cam lock is positioned for engagement with the locking tab.
TAMPER-RESISTANT LOCK
A locking system includes a tamper-resistant lock and key. The tamper-resistant lock includes a cylindrical lock body with external threading on at least a portion thereof and a bore extending into an end of the cylindrical lock body. The bore includes an engagement feature disposed on the wall that defines the bore, and the engagement feature is disposed a particular distance away from the bore opening. The key includes a collar that has a cylindrical key body that fits within the bore of the cylindrical lock body. The cylindrical key body also includes an opening defined by the collar sidewall, a retractable engagement member at least partially disposed within the opening, a spring disposed within the collar, and a plunger disposed within the collar that is operable to engage the spring and has a recess sized and shaped to accommodate the retractable engagement member.
A BOLT ASSEMBLY FOR A DEADBOLT LOCK ARRANGEMENT AND A METHOD OF OPERATION THEREOF
A bolt assembly for a deadbolt lock arrangement including a drivable cam in rotational engagement with a follower wheel. A bolt connecting arm pivotally connected to a bolt slidably supported within a main housing body of the bolt assembly and also connected to a follower wheel connecting arm that is connected to the follower wheel, wherein rotation of the drive cam translates to rotational movement of the follower wheel and rotational movement of the follower wheel translates to an extending or retracting positioning of the follower wheel connecting arm so as to extend or retract said bolt connecting arm to an extended position or retracted position thereby placing the bolt in a locked or unlocked configuration.
SECURITY DOOR LOCK
A gun safe has a container body, a hinged door and a locking assembly. The container body has apertures in a bolt receiving side of the jam and a corresponding number of door bolts extendable from a second edge of the door. The locking assembly has a barrier panel which defines a narrow longitudinal slot. The slot receives a guard member welded to an internal surface of the door adjacent the second edge, and is reinforced by a barrier panel against lateral flexing or distortion. The closure optionally is mounted to a multi-hinge device that permits the closure to reciprocally translate in a plane P corresponding to the opening. The barrier member is optionally widely spaced from the second edge of the jam to accommodate lateral travel of the guard member on closure. A handle mechanism controls lateral movement of the closure and retraction or extension of the locking bolts.
Tamper-resistant locking and notification systems for detention cells
A locking system that has an opening in a door adapted and arranged for receiving a lock bolt and a lock fixed in a wall for actuating a lock bolt adapting and arranged for being received by the opening in the door when the door is closed. Alternatively, the locking system is mounted on the exterior of the detention cell door and the adjacent exterior cell wall. The locking system further comprises a blocking strip protruding from a door jamb, the strip coupled to the door jamb, the strip coupled to the door jamb and positioned adjacent the lock bolt for blocking access to the lock bolt between the door and the door jamb. The locking system further comprises a system for monitoring and reporting the status of a detention cell door, the lock bolt, and the roller bolt.
Rotary locking mechanism, lock having the same, and locking control method of the lock
A rotary locking mechanism and a lock applying the rotary locking mechanism and a locking control method are provided. A rotary output member is locked by a stable triangular supporting structure between the first locking member and the second locking member, the effective constraint of the second locking member on the first locking member applied by the first locking member in both a locked state and an unlocked state achieves locking and unlocking reliability of the product. The entire locking mechanism is controlled by the same switching member. The false locking operation when the rotary member is operating is effectively avoided through the mechanical structure and the automatic control method. The entire rotary locking mechanism is enclosed and fixed in a shell of the lock, and can be applied to transmission machinery of bicycles, electric vehicles, motorcycles and even lightweight automobiles.
CABINET LOCK FOR MERCHANDISE SECURITY
Embodiments of the invention are directed to merchandise security devices, systems, and methods for protecting an item of merchandise from theft. For example, a merchandise security device may include a lock configured to be secured to a movable structure and a strike plate configured to be secured to a fixed support structure. The movable structure is configured to move along a path into engagement with the fixed support structure to secure the item of merchandise therein in a locked state and to move out of engagement with the fixed support structure for removal of the item of merchandise in an unlocked state. The lock is configured to engage the strike plate in the locked state and to disengage the strike plate in the unlocked state, and the lock is configured to engage the strike plate along the same path as the movable structure.
HYBRID BOLT FOR A LOCK MECHANISM
Provided is a lock including a housing, a locking mechanism, and a locking member configured for displacement with respect to the housing between a closed position and an open position, defining respective open and closed states of the lock. The lock further includes a bolt configured for displacing between an unlocked position in which the locking member is free to displace between its closed and open positions, and a locked position in which the bolt prevents displacement of the locking member between its open and closed positions. The bold bolt includes a follower and an arresting bar attached to one another and configured for displacement as a single body owing to engagement between the locking member and the follower. The follower and the arresting bar include different materials.
