Door locking system
09874045 · 2018-01-23 ·

A door locking system includes a door movably mounted on a rail. The door includes rollers rollably coupling the door to the rail. An opener is coupled to the door. The opener positions the door in an open position and a closed position. A lock is coupled to the rail. The lock is in communication with the opener. The lock is automatically positioned in a locked position after the opener positions the door in a closed position. Thus, the door is retained in the closed position.

MEDICAL PRODUCTS STORAGE DEVICE INCLUDING ACCESS CONTROL

An apparatus and method for storing medical products such as pharmaceutical and medical products in climate controlled storage devices includes climate control systems in communication with inventory access and tracking systems.

Motorized latch retraction with return boost

An exemplary electronic actuator assembly is configured for use with a pushbar assembly having a drive assembly operable to retract a latchbolt, and includes an input shaft, a motor, and a boost spring. The motor has a retracting state in which the motor drives the input shaft from a proximal position to a distal position, a holding state in which the motor exerts a holding force to retain the input shaft in the distal position, and a releasing state in which the motor exerts a residual force that resists movement of the input shaft. The boost spring exerts a boost force urging the input shaft in the proximal direction to at least partially counteract the residual force.

Medical products storage device including access control

An embodiment of a storage device for medical products includes a cabinet defining an enclosure having a plurality of compartments. In addition, the storage device includes a plurality of storage containers, each storage container configured to be inserted into a corresponding one of the plurality of compartments. Further, the storage device includes an actuation assembly including a plurality of arms that are configured to engage the plurality of storage containers so as to secure the plurality of storage containers in the plurality of compartments. Still further, the storage device includes a release mechanism that is configured to simultaneously actuate each of the plurality of arms to release the plurality of storage containers from the plurality of compartments.

System, lavatory, airplane and method for controlling a lavatory door by a user and authorized entities

A control and information system is for a lavatory of an aircraft, where the lavatory has a door. The system contains a door actuator for opening and closing, a lock actuator for locking and unlocking the door, a control device for controlling the door actuator and the lock actuator, a human-machine interface for actuating the door by a user, as well as a communication interface for exchanging information between an authorized entity and the control device. The lavatory contains a wall structure supporting the door, and the control and information system. A user controls the door via the human-machine interface. Information about the communication interface is exchanged between the control device and the authorized entity.

An electronic lock for securing a door or access panel. The electronic lock includes a housing and a plunger that is moveably mounted to the housing between a latched position of the electronic lock and an unlatched position of the electronic lock. A rotator is rotatably mounted to the housing between an unlocked position and a locked position. In the locked position of the rotator, the plunger is prevented from moving to the unlatched position, and, in the unlocked position of the rotator, the plunger is permitted to move to the unlatched position. A motor has an output shaft that is configured to rotate the rotator between the locked position and the unlocked position. A spring is configured to resist movement of the output shaft between the locked position and the unlocked position.

LOCKING SYSTEM FOR A DOOR OF A COMPARTMENT OF A PARCEL LOCKER BANK
20250179835 · 2025-06-05 ·

A locking system for a door of a compartment of a parcel locker bank to automatically open a door in response to a control signal, includes a locking element mounted onto a door and a latch mounted to a wall, the locking element including a protruding portion extending in a first direction perpendicularly to the door, the latch comprising a latch pivot around which the latch rotates between a locking position and an unlocking position, the latch pivot having an axis of rotation extending along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. The latch includes a slider and a guiding rail to guide the slider along a translation direction, the translation parallel to a third direction perpendicular to both the first direction and the second direction when the latch is in the locking position and different from the third direction when the latch is in the unlocking position.

Electronic lock

An electronic lock includes a control circuit module and an electromagnetic mechanism. The electromagnetic mechanism is electrically connected to the control circuit module, and the electromagnetic mechanism includes a driving member and a magnet. The driving member is configured to be driven by the control circuit module to be located at one of a first position and a second position. When the driving member is not driven by the control circuit module, the driving member is configured to be held at one of the first position and the second position by the magnet.
