A controller 6 is integrated in the control unit 1 that, when a correct combination is entered in the keypad 5, moves a module through a motor 11 in the number of turns corresponding with this combination. The module has a transmission board 8 integrated in the housing 2 of the control unit 1 and a bolt 9 for actuating the safe's lock.

Electro-mechanical lock core

An interchangeable electro-mechanical lock core for use with a lock device having a locked state and an unlocked state is disclosed. The interchangeable electro-mechanical lock core may include a moveable plug having a first position relative to a lock core body which corresponds to the lock device being in the locked state and a second position relative to a lock core body which corresponds to the lock device being in the unlocked state. The interchangeable electro-mechanical lock core may include a core keeper moveably coupled to a lock core body. The core keeper may be positionable in a retain position wherein the core keeper extends beyond an envelope of lock core body to hold the lock core body in an opening of the lock device and a remove position wherein the core keeper is retracted relative to the envelope of the lock core body to permit removal.

Combination lock with electronic override key

A combination lock can be operated manually via the manipulation of dials and by way of an electronic key. The lock includes one or more rotatable selectors each having multiple indicia disposed thereon. Rotation of the rotatable selectors to predetermined indicia places the lock in the unlocked position. The lock can further include an electronic port and an actuator. Upon receipt of a predetermined credential via the port, the actuator can place the lock in in the unlocked position. The lock further includes a knob that, when the lock is in the unlocked position, can be rotated between a first position in which the lock is in a closed position and a second position in which the lock is in an open position. The combination lock may automatically scramble the positions of the dials upon opening for security purposes.

AXIAL CLUTCH MECHANISM
20240125149 · 2024-04-18 ·

An exemplary trim assembly comprises an escutcheon, a drive spindle, a lock mechanism, a cam mechanism, and a driver. The drive spindle is mounted to the escutcheon for rotation about a longitudinal axis. The lock mechanism includes a lock gear movably mounted in the escutcheon. The cam mechanism includes a first cam defined by the escutcheon and a second cam defined by the lock gear. The driver is operable to rotate the lock gear between a first rotational position and a second rotational position. The cam mechanism is configured to longitudinally drive the lock gear from a first longitudinal position to a second longitudinal position as the lock gear rotates from the first rotational position to the second rotational position. Movement of the lock gear between the first longitudinal position and the second longitudinal position transitions the lock mechanism between a locked state and an unlocked state.

Door handle

A door handle with a door-side output shaft and a handle facing away from the door, the output shaft and handle having a common rotational axis and being connected via an electromechanical clutch, may be particularly compact and may have a particularly low energy intake for shifting the clutch by providing the output shaft with a recess on the side facing towards the handle, in which a coupling element is displaceably mounted; by providing the door handle with a receiving area for the coupling element 40 opposite to the recess; and by arranging a linear drive in the handle, the linear drive acting on the coupling element in order to move the coupling element in the axial direction so far out of the recess that the coupling element engages both into the recess as well as into the receiving area in order to close the clutch, and the coupling element is moved out of the receiving area back into the recess in order to open the clutch.

Electronic lock with movable in-line locking lug

A lock assembly is disclosed to lock a moveable structure to a fixed structure. The lock assembly includes an electric actuator operable to move a locking lug between first and second axial positions to correspond with a locked and unlocked configuration of the lock assembly. A resilient member can couple the locking lug to the electric actuator and drive the locking lug between the first and second positions.

Electric lock and clutch mechanism thereof

An electric lock includes a base, a driving module, a handle and a clutch member. The base has a first inclined surface. The driving module includes a driving member rotatable relative to the base and having a second inclined surface abutting against the first inclined surface, and a motor configured to drive the driving member to rotate. The handle is rotatably mounted to the base, and has a plurality of pushing structures. The clutch member includes a main body abutting against the driving member, and a pushed structure formed on the main body. Wherein, when the motor drives the driving member to rotate relative to the base along a first rotating direction, the driving member pushes the clutch member to move toward the handle, such that the pushing structure is configured to abut against the pushed structure to push the clutch member to rotate when the handle is rotated.

Electromechanical lockset

An exemplary lockset is configured for installation in a standard door preparation, and includes an exterior assembly, an interior assembly, and a center assembly connecting the exterior and interior assemblies. The exterior assembly includes an exterior escutcheon which houses a credential reader assembly including a multi-tech credential reader. The interior assembly includes an interior escutcheon which houses a control system. The center assembly includes a chassis, an outer surface of which may define a channel. The credential reader assembly is in communication with the control assembly via a wire harness, a portion of which may pass through the channel.
