A vehicle door handle device, which is mounted on a side of a vehicle door facing a passenger compartment, includes: a door lock knob provided on a base member such that the door lock knob is pivotable between a locking position for placing the door in a locked state and an unlocking position for placing the door in an unlocked position; and a stopper provided on the base member between the locking position and the unlocking position for limiting pivoting movement of the door lock knob. The stopper has an elastic section, and the door lock knob has a locking surface section for abutting against the elastic section of the stopper when the door lock knob is in the locking position and an unlocking surface section for abutting against the elastic section of the stopper when the door lock knob is in the unlocking position.

An inside handle device includes a handle case, and a handle lever rotatably supported by the handle case. The handle lever is inserted into the handle case along a rotation axis of the handle lever with respect to the handle case. The handle case includes a case main body into which the handle lever is inserted, and a coming-off prevention member configured to restrict a movement of the handle lever in a direction along the rotation axis and to prevent the handle lever from coming off the case main body. The coming-off prevention member is coupled to the case main body. The coming-off prevention member is configured to be displaceable between an assembling position at which the handle lever is prevented from coming off the case main body and an unfolded position at which the coming-off prevention member is unfolded from the assembling position.

Vehicle door locking equipment includes a door latch, a lock cylinder for locking or unlocking a vehicle door by rotating a control paddle linked to the door latch, an inner handle linked to the door latch to be rotated to allow an opening of the door from inside a passenger cabin, a stopper knob located inside the passenger cabin, and a stopper to be displaced between a first position allowing rotation of the control paddle and a second position allowing rotation of the control paddle upon actuation of the stopper knob. The inner handle is arranged to displace the stopper in the first position when the inner handle is rotated to open the door.
