MODULAR MULTI-POINT LOCK
An electronic remote lock actuator includes a face plate defining a longitudinal axis. A housing disposed adjacent to the face plate. A motor disposed in the housing, and a first drive bar configured to be linearly moveable along the longitudinal axis by the motor. The first drive bar includes a first end and an opposite second end. The first end is configured to be secured to a second drive bar of a mechanical remote lock assembly such that linear movement of the first drive bar is translated to linear movement of the second drive bar along the longitudinal axis.
Multipoint lock
A multipoint lock is described. The multipoint lock includes a main latch. The main latch has a latched position where the main latch is configured to extend a first distance from an unhinged edge of a door panel. The main latch is configured to be retractable toward the unhinged edge of the door panel by rotation of a latch drive hub in each of a clockwise direction and a counterclockwise direction relative to a first side of the door panel. The multipoint lock also includes at least one auxiliary latch and a deadbolt drive hub. Rotation of the deadbolt drive hub substantially simultaneously actuates the main latch and the at least one auxiliary latch.
Casing device and electronic equipment
A door locking device includes: a pivot end wall portion extending from a pivot end side of a door 131, and having a first through-hole formed therein; an opposed wall portion 20 being opposed to the pivot end wall portion when the door 131 is closed, and having a second through-hole 23A, 23B formed therein; a key cylinder including a movable element 33 configured to be displaced in accordance with unlocking/locking operation; and a pivot hook 40A, 40B configured to interlock with the movable element 33. When the door is unlocked, the pivot hook 40A, 40B retreats to an inner side of the door 131 with respect to the first through-hole, whereas when the door is locked, the pivot hook enters the second through-hole 23A, 23B via the first through-hole to keep the door 131 and a door 132 closed.
HIGH SECURITY LOCK FOR DOOR
A high security locking system can be used in a conventional pivot door adapted for use with a latch and deadbolt lock combination. The high security system can be a multi-point lock, received in a recess formed in a locking edge side of a door stile, cooperating with a linkage or other mechanism in a conventional deadbolt/location. The lock can be actuated with a keyed cylinder and thumb turn combination.
Watertight door or window
A watertight door or window comprising a frame and a leaf mounted on the frame and arranged movably with respect thereto between an open position and closed position, and further comprising: a striker element arranged on the leaf, a locking element arranged on the frame and provided with a hook end designed to engage with the striker element so as to lock the leaf against the frame following closing of the leaf, and a striker actuating mechanism arranged on the leaf and able to be actuated when the leaf is in a closed position and the locking element is engaged with the striker element. The actuating mechanism is provided for releasing the striker element from a closed position, where the striker element is positioned inside a recess in the hook end of the locking element, to an open position, where the striker element is extracted from the recess in the hook end of the locking element. The actuating mechanism can be reset when the leaf is closed again.
Locking mechanism for safe and other secure storage apparatus
A locking mechanism suitable for use with a door or other entry point is contemplated. The locking mechanism may include cams, levers or other features operable to facilitate securing the door against prying, wedging and related techniques intended to compromise secure by physically separating the door from a door frame or other support structure.
Storage case with locking mechanism
The present invention provides a locking mechanism for particular use in securing doors of a storage safe. The locking mechanism, generally, includes an elongated band, at least one plate rotatably connected to the elongated band, and at least one rod rotatably connected to the at least one plate. The locking mechanism further includes means for actuating for actuating the locking mechanism, the means for actuating being operable between a locking and an unlocking position for translating the elongated band. A stabilizing member ensures that the at least one rod maintains a substantially horizontal position and engages a receptor on an opposed door of the storage safe, thereby locking the doors when in a closed position.
