Casement window opening control device with sliding arms
A device may limit opening of a sash hingedly coupled to a master frame, and includes: a bracket attached to the sash; a first arm having a first end pivotally coupled to the bracket; a second arm having a first end pivotally coupled to the first arm's second end; means for biasing the second arm into a retracted position; and a release assembly. The release assembly is secured to the master frame and includes a hook pivotable between a first position and a second position, which, in the first position, may be releasably received in an opening in the second end of the second arm when the second arm is in the retracted position, as the sash is closed and received within the master window frame The second arm is disengaged from the hook, permitting full opening of the sash, when the hook is pivoted into the second position.

AUTOMATIC DOOR STOPPING-CLOSING DEVICE AND DOOR
An automatic door stopping-closing device comprises a cylinder with a connecting rod, one end of which is connected to a door; a bracket assembly on the door frame, comprising a hook connected with the other end of the rod, a movable lug cooperated with the hook, and a pull rod cooperated with the movable lug, wherein the pull rod and the hook can be engaged or disengaged. After the door is opened, the door can be kept open securely through the cooperation between the hook and the movable lug; and the door can be closed automatically by a slight push, through the cooperation between two of the hook, the movable lug and the pull rod. The automatic door stopping-closing device holds the door open without external force after the door is opened, and closes the door automatically after a slight push.
Rotary door stop
The present disclosure provides a rotary door stop. The rotary door stop includes a door stop rotation base and a door stop body. The door stop body rotates about the door stop rotation base to define a locked state or an unlocked state. By engagement between a first limiting portion and a second limiting portion, the rotary door stop is retained in the locked state for ease of door closing; and when the rotary door stop approaches a door frame, retention of the unlocked state may also be released while the door is closed.

HOLD OPEN ROD ASSEMBLY
A hold open rod assembly includes an outer tubular structure and an inner tubular structure positioned for telescoping movement relative to the outer tubular structure. A locking mechanism retains the hold open rod assembly in an extended state to support a panel of an aircraft in an open position at the selection of a user.

Window lock
A window lock system selectively prevents a window from being opened. A window sash can be connected by a cord to the sill of the window. The cord has an attached lock insert. To lock the window, the insert on the cord is inserted into a track housed in a mount that is mounted to the sash or sill. The track may be formed as part of a rotatable disk. A key turns the track to move the track to a locked configuration. In the locked configuration, the sash and sill are connected by the cord. To unlock the window, the key rotates the disk to allow release of the insert from the track.
Opening device for a motor vehicle door element
An opening device for a motor vehicle door element having an electric drive and an actuating means, wherein the actuating means is adjustable by means of the drive and a gear mechanism arranged between the actuating means and the drive, with the result that a movement of the door element can be made possible, and a sensor for detecting a force on the opening device, wherein the door element can be held by way of the actuating means.
