Catch assembly for controlling opening of a door
A catch assembly is provided that includes a keeper, a guide and a catch. The catch includes a catch mount, a catch arm and a catch hook. The catch arm is cantilevered from the catch mount. The catch arm extends longitudinally away from the catch mount to a distal end of the catch. The catch hook is connected to the catch arm at the distal end. The catch is configured to bias the catch hook against the guide. The catch hook is configured to slide longitudinally along the guide from a first position to a second position where the catch hook engages the keeper.
DOOR HOLDING DEVICE AND SAFETY SYSTEM
A door holding device and system is disclosed that holds a door in a partially open configuration. The door holding device includes a first arm assembly that attaches to a door, a second arm assembly that attaches to a door frame, a movable clamping mechanism that clamps the second arm assembly to the door frame, and a pivot device that allows the first arm assembly and the second arm assembly to pivot with respect to each other.

WINDOW OPENING CONTROL DEVICE
A window opening control assembly for releasably-limiting the maximum amount of travel of a window sash relative to a window frame includes a first component for attachment to one of the sash or frame, wherein the first component comprises a latch assembly including an actuator and a retainer, and a second component for attachment to the other of the sash or the window frame and comprising an at least partially flexible member that is extendable to the first component and releasably secured by the retainer. The at least partially flexible member is fed from the second component as distance between the first and second components increases until an intermediate position is reached and the components are restrained from further relative movement. The latch assembly is selectively unlatched to permit removal of the at least partially flexible member from the retainer to permit free movement between the first and second components.

CASEMENT WINDOW OPERATOR
A window operator for repositioning a window sash within a window frame. The window operator includes a crank handle for rotating a shaft with a pinion gear. The pinion gear operably engages with a rack containing cutouts, the rack having oppositely disposed first and second ends. The rack is translatable within a track disposed within the window frame. The window operator also includes an operator arm connectable between a first end of the rack and the sash wherein rotation of the shaft by the handle imparts movement to the rack and the operator arm, the rack and operator arm movement capable of transitioning the sash between a window open and a window closed position.
Vehicular door device
A vehicular door device includes an inclinable lever provided at an open-side end portion of a door opening being opened and closed by a door, based on an operation of a link mechanism formed of first and second link arms, a biasing member that biases the inclinable lever and holds the inclinable lever in an erect state, and a check mechanism that engages with the inclinable lever in the erect state by movement of the door to a full opened position, and holds the door at the full opened position. The first link arm is provided at a position close to the open-side end portion of the door opening by an opening operation of the door, and the check mechanism is provided integrally with the first link arm. Then, the inclinable lever is stored in a clearance between the door and the open-side end portion of the door opening.

Device for holding a floor panel of a vehicle in an open position to provide access to an underfloor storage compartment disposed underneath the floor panel
A device holds a floor of a vehicle in an open position to provide access to an underfloor storage compartment that is covered by the floor when the floor is in a closed position. The device includes a mounting bracket fixed to the vehicle and a support tab pivotally connected to the mounting bracket. The support tab pivots between a first position in the path of the floor and a second position outside of the path of the floor. The support tab pivots in a first direction from the first position to the second position when the floor contacts a bottom surface of the support tab as the floor is raised past the support tab. The support tab automatically returns to the first position. The support tab supports and holds the floor in the open position when the floor is lowered onto the support tab.
