WINDOW OPENING CONTROL SYSTEMS AND METHODS
A fenestration system is disclosed. In some examples, the fenestration system includes one or more movable window sashes and a toggle assembly. In some examples, the toggle assembly operates to limit the degree to which the window sashes are opened or otherwise moved relative to one another. In some examples, a window sash may be opened a designated amount before the toggle assembly operates to obstruct it from being further opened.

DEVICE FOR HOLDING A FLOOR PANEL OF A VEHICLE IN AN OPEN POSITION TO PROVIDE ACCESS TO AN UNDERFLOOR STORAGE COMPARTMENT DISPOSED UNDERNEATH THE FLOOR PANEL
A device holds a floor of a vehicle in an open position to provide access to an underfloor storage compartment that is covered by the floor when the floor is in a closed position. The device includes a mounting bracket fixed to the vehicle and a support tab pivotally connected to the mounting bracket. The support tab pivots between a first position in the path of the floor and a second position outside of the path of the floor. The support tab pivots in a first direction from the first position to the second position when the floor contacts a bottom surface of the support tab as the floor is raised past the support tab. The support tab automatically returns to the first position. The support tab supports and holds the floor in the open position when the floor is lowered onto the support tab.
MOTOR VEHICLE LOCK
The invention relates to a motor vehicle lock comprising a locking mechanism provided with a rotary latch and at least one pawl, a rotary movement of the rotary latch can be blocked by means of the pawl, a drive device by means of which the pawl can be transferred from the locked position into a release position for the locking mechanism, and an adjusting device (9). A motor vehicle part (4) accommodating the vehicle lock can be moved from the closed position into an open position by means of the adjusting device (9). Said adjusting device (9) maintains the motor vehicle part (4) in the open position such that the motor vehicle part (4) can be prevented from opening automatically from the open position.
Locking Apparatus for Sliding Door
The locking apparatus for sliding door is provided, the locking apparatus comprising a glass safety stopper and a hold-open lock striker sequentially provided in a vehicle body in an opening direction of the sliding door as it moves from a closed position to an open position. The apparatus further includes a roller bracket provided at the sliding door and a locking lever rotatably provided at the roller bracket. The locking lever has a locking protrusion configured to be locked to the glass safety stopper to limit movement of the sliding door in the opening direction and an engagement recess configured to be engaged with the hold-open lock striker to limit movement of the sliding door in the opening direction and a closing direction. A first elastic member is configured to bias the locking lever. The locking apparatus further includes a window glass lever rotatably provided at the roller bracket, connected to a window glass provided at the sliding door via a first cable, and configured to interlock with the locking lever. A second elastic member is configured to bias the glass lever. The locking apparatus further includes a connecting lever rotatably provided at the roller bracket, connected to a handle provided at the sliding door via a second cable, and configured to interlock with the locking lever.

Door brace
A door brace (10) comprising: an engagement member (12) comprising a bottom flange (14) comprising one face comprising a textured surface (14a) to engage with a door (34); an angled leg (20) comprising a first section (22) hingedly connected at one end to the wall and a second section (23) extending from the first section at a first angle, the leg being movable between a stowed position and an extended position in which the first section makes a second angle, larger than the first angle, to the wall; an engagement foot (26) pivotably mounted on a mounting element (24) having an adjustable length; and a hinge stop configured to prevent the leg moving beyond a maximum extended position. Wherein, in an extended position, the second section of the leg extends at a third angle to the wall equal to the difference between the second and first angles and the engagement foot causes a clamping force to be applied to the door.

Door jam stopper device
A system and method of preventing the fixed side opening of a door from closing along the door jamb of a door frame. A guard device is provided generally comprising a pivoting member, an attachment member, a mounting system and a bumper. The pivoting member has a first end and a second end. An attachment member and bumper attach to the pivoting member. Mounting system connects to the attachment member at a central void. The mounting system connects to a prior art door stop of a door frame such that the guard device can swivel between a first position and a second position. In a first position guard device is proximate door stop such that the door is capable of fully closing against door stop. In a second position guard device is capable of maintaining the fixed side opening of the prior art door assembly. Bumper swivels outward to contact the end of the door. After guard device is engaged in the second position fixed side opening is incapable of narrowing.
