ACTUATABLE DOOR STOP
A door stopper device having a base securable to the floor adjacent to the door, and a stepper plate pivotally attachable to the base. A stopper plate is pivotally attached to the base and the stepper plate, with the stopper plate having a distal end portion opposite the stepper plate. The distal end portion of the stopper plate is raised upward and is engageable with the door when the door stopper device is in an engaged position, and the distal end of the stopper plate is lowered from the engaged position to assume a disengaged position, the stopper plate is not engageable with the door when the door stopper device is in the disengaged position.
DOOR BARRICADE
The present invention is a door barricade having a pivoting locking arm which drops into a floor hole to lock a barricade in place.
Door brace
A door brace (10) comprising a door engagement member (12), a leg (20) and an engagement foot (26). The door engagement member (12) comprises a bottom flange (14) for location under a bottom edge of a door (34) and an engagement wall (16) having one face (18) for location against one side of the door. The leg comprises a fixed length section(22)and an adjustable length section (24). The leg is hingedly connected to the engagement wall and is movable between a bracing position in which it extends at a first angle to the engagement wall and a released position in which it extends at a smaller angle to the engagement wall. The door brace has a released condition in which the leg is in the released position and the adjustable length section of the leg has a first length and a bracing condition in which the leg is in the bracing position and the adjustable length section of the leg has a longer length.

Safety device for lockable receptacles
A safety device for doors of lockable receptacles and a method of use are disclosed herein. The disclosed safety device generally comprises a base member attachable to a lockable receptacle; an arm member having a proximal end and a distal end, wherein the proximal end is attached to the base member; and a wedge member forming a portion of the arm member. Upon opening the door of the lockable receptacle, the wedge member becomes positioned between the open door and the lockable receptacle, thereby preventing closure of the door on a user's body part positioned between the door and the lockable receptacle.

Sliding fenestration control device
A window or door limiting device is described having a striker assembly mounted on a window sash or door panel and a corresponding limiting assembly mounted on an adjacent window sash or door panel. The limiting assembly selectively engages the striker assembly with a rotary element to restrict movement of at least one of the first or second window sash or door panel relative to the other of the first or second window sash or door panel. The rotary element is rotatable to selectively engage or disengage the striker assembly to correspondingly restrict movement of one or more of the window sashes or door panels.
