Lock
Systems, devices, and methods of locking a lockable volume. The lock may comprise a bolt and a slider. The slider moves linearly to move the bolt in position to engage a securement feature. The engagement of the bolt with the securement feature secures the securement feature, thereby locking the door to which the securement feature is attached.

DOOR RETENTION DEVICE
A door retention device that can maintain a door in an open configuration includes a wall mounting member adapted to be mounted on a wall or other object at a position where the door retention device can engage an open door, a door retaining member comprising an arm and a door engaging member, and a connection mechanism rotatably connecting the door retaining member to the wall mounting member. The door retaining member is rotatable relative to the wall mounting member between a door receiving position where a door can be received without being retained and a door retaining position where the door engaging member can engage the door in a manner that retains the door in an open configuration. The door retention device can be biased towards a door receiving position, latched in a door retaining position, be adjustable, and/or be universally engageable with multiple shaped doorknobs or handles.
Window lock
A lock assembly is provided for a window having a first sash and a second sash. The lock assembly comprises an elongate strip configured to be coupled to the first sash. The elongate strip has a plurality of recesses defined along a length of the elongate strip. The lock assembly also includes a lock member configured to be coupled to the second sash and operable to move along the length of the elongate strip. The lock member includes a biasing member and a coupler biased in a direction of the elongate strip by the biasing member. The coupler is configured to enter each of the plurality of recesses to selectively lock the lock member to the elongate strip.
Door stopper and holder device
A door stopper and holder device for a door and having a distal part for anchoring to a structure adjacent the door when in a door open position, and a proximal part movably mounting onto the distal part. The proximal part is movable between an operating configuration, in either stopper mode or holder mode with the proximal part either being in abutment with the door or capturing the door therewith in the door open position, respectively, and a switching configuration in which the proximal part allows the door to be moved relative to the device which switches between the stopper and holder modes of the operating configuration. A device axis is generally perpendicular to a door plane when the door is in the door open position.

Tether lock
A lock for an access point such as a window includes a dual-action locking mechanism with a locking unit and a blocker. The locking unit is movable between a locking position and an unlocking position. The blocker blocks movement of the locking unit when the blocker is in a blocking position, and permits movement of the locking unit when the blocker is in an unblocking position. The lock may capture an insert attached to a tether to permit partial opening of a window while the unit is locked.

DOOR STOPPER
The door stopper is adhered to the front wing of the door that has been completely opened and the door is prevented to move from this point on. When the door is desired to be closed, the door is pulled gently by hand, the force applied by the door to the stopper tensions the pressure spring and the pressure spring forces the moveable head down to the floor, thereby enabling the door to pass over the stopper.
