VEHICLE HINGE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING A HINGE HALF FOR A VEHICLE HINGE
A vehicle hinge, in particular for use for pivotable vehicle hinged closure elements, includes a first hinge half (2) having at least one first hinge half part (3); a second hinge half (10); and a hinge pin (18), which connects the first hinge half (2) and the second hinge half (10) in an articulated manner. The hinge pin (18) is mounted in an articulated manner in one of the first hinge half (2) and the second hinge half (10) and can be fastened in a rotational fixed manner to the other of the first hinge half (2) and the second hinge half (10). A retaining ring (21) penetrated by a retaining portion of the hinge pin (18) is arranged between the first hinge half (2) and the second hinge half (10). The retaining ring (21) is fastened, by a central hole, on the retaining portion of the hinge pin (18) by a press fit.
Systems and Methods for a Hinge
A hinge is provided for hingedly connecting an enclosure door to an enclosure body. The hinge can include a set of hinge leafs, which can include a first leaf and a second leaf, a pin, and a fastener. The pin can extend from the first leaf and can be removably receivable within a pocket in the second leaf. The pin can have a groove extending inward from and around the periphery of the pin and positioned between the proximal pin end and the distal pin end. The fastener can extend into the pocket and at least partially into the groove when the hinge is in a locked configuration, inhibiting the separation of the first and second leafs, and removed from the groove when the hinge is in an unlocked configuration allowing the separation of the first and second leafs.
HINGE FOR A REMOVABLE VEHICLE DOOR
In at least some implementations, a hinge for a vehicle door includes a door hinge adapted to be mounted to a vehicle door and a body hinge adapted to be mounted to a vehicle body. Either the door hinge or the body hinge includes a hinge pin, a void is defined by the other one of the door hinge or the body hinge that does not include the hinge pin, and a retainer is movable relative to the void. The hinge pin is received in the void in an assembled state of the hinge, and the retainer overlaps a retaining surface in an advanced position of the retainer to inhibit removal of the hinge pin from the void. In this way, the vehicle door may be releasably retained on the vehicle body.
Electrical cabinet
An electrical cabinet includes a frame hinge fixed to a frame of the cabinet and a door hinge fixed to a door of the cabinet. The frame hinge forms an insertion window for receiving the door hinge. A hinge pin is inserted through aligned seats of the frame hinge. The door hinge is inserted into the insertion window around the hinge pin. A blocking screw or pin is inserted through a third seat in a direction substantially perpendicular to the hinge pin to block the hinge pin and secure the door to the frame.
Friction hinge
Friction hinge (21) for the pivotable connection of two components, comprising at least one first hinge sleeve (24) which is arranged in alignment with at least one further hinge sleeve (22), a shaft (11) which runs through the hinge sleeves (22, 24), and at least one friction spring for exerting a friction torque on the movable shaft (11), wherein at least two mutually aligned friction springs (10, 10′) are connected to the first hinge sleeve (24) via radial shoulders (16, 16′) and exert a friction torque on the shaft (11) mounted in the further hinge sleeve (22).
WINE COOLER WITH REVERSIBLE DOOR
The present disclosure relates to a household appliance (20) comprising a reversible front door (22) configured to be selectably attached either on a left side or a right side of a cabinet (21) of the household appliance (20). The household appliance (20) further comprises a profile (23) configured to act as a handle being arranged on a top side of the front door (22), a detachable hinge (27) arranged to be mounted to the cabinet (21) behind the front door (22) and further being configured to extend into a cavity (21) of the front door (22) arranged below the profile (23) to connect the front door (22) to the cabinet (21), and a locking pin (29), wherein the profile (23) comprises a through hole (28) at at least one of its two ends for receiving the locking pin (29) configured to be inserted into the through hole (28) from an upper side of the profile (23), which locking pin (29) engages with a cavity (30) of the hinge (27) arranged under the profile (23) to pivotably attach the front door (22) to the hinge (27).
HINGE ASSEMBLY FOR A SWITCH CABINET
The invention relates to a hinge assembly for a switch cabinet, comprising a housing-side hinge half and a door-side hinge half, which are connected to one another such that they swivel in relation to one another, wherein the housing-side hinge half has a mounting flange for securing to a vertical profile of a switch cabinet housing, as well as two hinge bolts extending in a vertical direction, arranged at a distance to one another in the vertical direction and facing one another with the free ends thereof, wherein the hinge bolts are accommodated in a respective bolt seat of the housing-side hinge half, wherein the hinge bolts are accommodated in their respective bolt seat such that they cannot move at least in the vertical direction, and in that they protrude from the respective bolt seat via their free ends, wherein the door-side hinge half has a bolt-receiving means with a vertical measurement that is less than or equal to the distance of the free ends of the hinge bolts.
Hinged assembly with fail-safe hinge pin
A pin assembly is provided with an axial centerline. This pin assembly includes an outer pin, an inner pin, a first collar and a second collar. The outer pin extends axially along the axial centerline between an outer pin first end and an outer pin second end. The inner pin extends axially along the axial centerline within a bore of the outer pin. The first collar circumscribes the outer pin. The first collar is connected to the outer pin and the inner pin at the outer pin first end. The second collar circumscribes the outer pin. The second collar is connected to the outer pin and the inner pin at the outer pin second end.
Hinge for a switchgear cabinet housing and corresponding switchgear cabinet housing and mounting method
The invention relates to a hinge for a switchgear cabinet housing, comprising a first and a second hinge half, which can be connected to each other by means of a hinge pin and which can be pivoted relative to each other about a longitudinal axis of the hinge pin, the hinge pin extending only into the first or the second hinge half in a release position and extending into both the first and the second hinge halves in a locking position, wherein the hinge pin is releasably locked by means of at least one spring clip both in the release position and in the locking position. The invention further relates to a corresponding switchgear cabinet housing and to a corresponding method for mounting a door element on a switchgear cabinet body.
Door hinge assembly incorporating a latch to facilitate selective door removal
A vehicle hinge assembly includes a door portion, a body portion, and a hinge pin movable between an engaged position where the door portion and the body portion are rotatably coupled and a disengaged position where the door portion and the body portion are configured to be decoupled from one another. A latch is moveable relative to the hinge pin between a locked position where the latch blocks movement of the hinge pin and an unlocked position where the latch allowed movement of the hinge pin. The latch is configured to be in the unlocked position when the vehicle hinge assembly is in a first substantially upright orientation, and the latch is configured to be in the locked position when the vehicle hinge assembly is in a second substantially upside-down orientation.
