Hinge-latch combination
A combination hinge and latch that enables a door, gate or lid to be opened from a latched side and latched from the hinged side to provide more than one point of access for an area behind the door, gate or lid.
GARMENT PROCESSING DEVICE
A garment processing device door comprises an exposed first compartment, and a second compartment separated by a barrier; a first switch reciprocating inside the second compartment and connecting the door to a first rotation axis; a second switch reciprocating inside the second compartment and connecting the door to a second rotation axis when the door from the first rotation axis; a first body having one end rotatably fixed to the first compartment and another end penetrating the barrier and in the second compartment; a second body fixed to the first body and inside the second compartment, the second body moving the first switch to separate the door from the first rotation axis based on a force to the first body, and the second body moving toward the barrier when the first switch connects the door to the first rotation axis; and a damper between the second body and the barrier.
Releasable hinge assembly
A releasable hinge assembly includes a mounting bracket, a hinge bracket, and at least one spring biased locking mechanism. The mounting bracket having a first mounting plate and two pin tabs extending therefrom, at least one of the pin tabs defining a through hole therein. The hinge bracket having a second mounting plate and a knuckle extending therefrom. The knuckle defining at least one cutout that is being L-shaped. The at least one spring biased locking mechanism having a pawl arm and a pin. The at least one locking mechanism positioned within the a channel of the hinge bracket with the pawl arm positioned within and projecting from the at least one cutout. The pawl arm configured to move within the at least one cutout to push the pin beyond a second end of the knuckle and through a through hole defined in the pin tab of the mounting bracket.
ELECTRONIC APPARATUS AND ENGAGING MECHANISM
An electronic apparatus includes an electronic device and a base. The electronic device has an engaging portion with at least two engaging concaves. The base has an engaging mechanism which includes a main body, at least one second engaging bump and a linkage structure. The main body has a first engaging bump. The second engaging bump is movably disposed on the main body and is adapted to move between an engaging position and a releasing position. The electronic device combines with the base such that the first engaging bump and the second engaging bump are engaged with the two engaging concaves. The linkage structure on the main body is connected to the second engaging bump. The electronic device rotates relative to the base to push the linkage structure that drives the second engaging bump from the engaging position to the releasing position to disengage from the engaging portion.
Clamp assembly
Assembly for securing two components by tool free engagement. The assembly including a clamped component and a shouldered component. The shouldered component including a channel for receiving the clamped component. The channel having a first wall and a second wall. The clamped component being in contact with the second wall. The first wall of the channel having a tapered interface. A clamp including a clamp segment having a tapered interface, is adapted to wedge against the tapered interface of the first wall. The clamp segment being positioned between the first wall and the clamped component. Application of clamping force by the clamp on the clamp segment forces its tapered interface against the mating tapered interface of the first wall resulting in a force which translates from the clamp segment through the clamped component and against the second wall of the channel thereby securing the clamped component to the shouldered component.
AIRCRAFT BYPASS TURBOJET ENGINE WITH OPENING FITTED WITH A HINGE WITH GOOSENECK FITTING
A bypass turbojet engine comprising a fixed structure, a central core and a cowl comprising a fixed part and a mobile cowl mounted with the ability to rotate on the fixed structure between a closed position and an open position via hinges with gooseneck fitting. At least one hinge with gooseneck fitting comprises a gooseneck fitting having one end mounted in articulated manner on the mobile cowl and one end mounted in an articulated manner on the fixed structure, the bypass turbojet engine comprises anti-vibration means which are configured to exert pressure against the gooseneck fitting when the mobile cowl is in the closed position.
The knuckle defining at least one cutout that is L-shaped. The at least one spring biased locking mechanism having a pawl arm and a pin. The at least one locking mechanism positioned within a channel of the hinge bracket with the pawl arm positioned within and projecting from the at least one cutout. The pawl arm configured to move within the at least one cutout to push the pin beyond a second end of the knuckle and through a through hole defined in the pin tab of the mounting bracket.
LID CONSTRUCTION FOR BREATHING APPARATUS
A breathing assistance apparatus has a lid and latch assembly configured for one-handed operation. The apparatus also includes a hinge assembly that separates when over-rotated but that reengages upon closing of the lid onto the main body of the apparatus.
