A door connector for a litter container includes a base portion and a hook. The base portion is configured to attach to an interior surface of a hood of the litter container. The hook is configured to attach to a cylindrical connector on the door. The present invention relates to a hinge mechanism for supporting a compartment door pivotally to a compartment frame and/or a housing of a cabinet or a refrigerator, in particular provided for a recreational vehicle like a motor home or caravan. The hinge mechanism comprises at least two receiving sections and at least two engaging sections. Each of the receiving sections is configured to be coupled to one of the compartment door and the frame respectively the housing. Each of the engaging is configured to be coupled to the other of the compartment door and the frame respectively the housing. Furthermore, the present invention refers to a compartment door assembly with such a hinge mechanism and a cabinet or refrigerator with such a hinge mechanism and/or compartment door assembly. Finally, the present invention also refers to a recreational vehicle provided with at least one of the above devices.

An aircraft panel system including a first panel, having a hinged coupling configured to couple the first panel to an aircraft structure, a second panel disposed adjacent to the first panel such that the first panel and the second panel together form cabin surface of an aircraft, and a latch mechanism configured to releasably couple the second panel to the aircraft structure, where the first panel is configured to pivot about the hinged coupling from a latched position to an actuation position to actuate the latch mechanism and cause a release of the second panel from the latch mechanism.
Clamping device
A clamp assembly includes a first clamp half-piece and a second clamp half-piece. In one example, the clamp half-pieces are identically shaped. In one example, each of the clamp half-pieces has at least one integral pin and at least one aperture. The first and second clamp half-pieces are pivotally connected to each other via a first snap-fit interface in which the integral pin of the first clamp half-piece snap-fits into the at least one aperture of the second clamp half-piece. The clamp assembly can also include a link arm connected to the first clamp half-piece via a second snap-fit interface. A lever arm can also be included that is pivotally connected to the link arm via a third snap-fit interface. The clamp assembly does not require separate link pins or other parts and only includes four components: the clamp half-pieces, the link arm, and the lever arm.
Refrigeration control unit with three-axis hinge assembly
A hinge assembly is provided. The hinge assembly includes a first hinge component and a second hinge component. The first hinge component includes a leaf portion terminating in a first knuckle and a second knuckle. The first knuckle includes a protrusion and the second knuckle includes a recess. The second hinge component is rotatably coupled to the first hinge component and is structurally identical to the first hinge component. The protrusion of the first hinge component is configured to fit within the recess of the second hinge component, and the protrusion of the second hinge component is configured to fit within the recess of the first hinge component.

An apparatus, having: a first hinge part (10) including: a first plate (11); a second plate (13) with two projections defining a recess therebetween; and a hinge pin (15) exposed in the recess between the two projections; and a second hinge part (20) including: a housing (21) with a u-shaped receiver (23) configured to partly fit between the two projections and to receive the hinge pin therein and enable the housing to rotate about the hinge pin. In a closed configuration when the first hinge part is secured to a cabinet (5) and to the second hinge part, and the second hinge part is assembled to a closed cabinet door (3), the closed cabinet door is disposed between the housing and the first plate and the u-shaped receiver opens forward and away from of the cabinet thereby trapping the closed cabinet door between the cabinet and the housing.

A storage compartment system for a vehicle includes a lid, and a snap rod locker including a first hinge portion. The first hinge portion includes a support portion connected to the lid and extends from a base portion to a rod portion. The storage compartment system further includes a bin having a second hinge portion having a locking feature and a plurality of arcuate flanges. The plurality of arcuate flanges defines an arcuate slot. The locking feature and the plurality of arcuate flanges define a gap in a hollow wall of the bin. The first hinge portion and the second hinge portion are connected to rotatably connect the lid to the bin.
Insulated transport cabinets for food and the like
The present disclosure provides an insulated transport cabinet for food or the like having a housing, a door, a hinge cover, and a hinge pin. The housing includes a barrel portion adjacent to a front surface and extending between top and bottom ends. The barrel portion includes a longitudinal axis, a gap separating the barrel portion into top and bottom barrel sections having first and second passageways aligned with the longitudinal axis, respectively. The door includes a hinge adjacent to a side surface and including a third passageway aligned with the longitudinal axis. An inner surface of the hinge pin complements an outer surface of the hinge. The hinge pin passes through the first, third, and second passageways. The door pivots about the longitudinal axis between an open position and a closed position. The longitudinal axis is offset from a center plane of the door.
