A maintenance window locking device includes a maintenance window body (1), a maintenance window cover (2), a fastening plate (3), a first limiting mechanism (1a) including a groove, and a roller (3a). The fastening plate (3) includes a fastening plate body and a pin (3c) which are of an integrated structure. The pin (3c) is rotatably connected to the roller (3a). The maintenance window body (1) is hinged to a first end of the maintenance window cover (2). The fastening plate body is rotatably connected to a second end of the maintenance window cover (2). The first limiting mechanism (1a) is located on the maintenance window body (1). The fastening plate body drives the maintenance window cover (2) to move toward the maintenance window body (1). The roller (3a) rolls along the first limiting mechanism (1a) until the roller is clamped into the groove, such that the maintenance window cover (2) and the maintenance window body (1) are tightly attached.

A timer assembly housing is configured to include a number of features, including but not limited to a tortuous sealing lip, adjustable hinge assembly, removable backing plate, removable pin hinge, toggle switch, and a wiring lid. The timer assembly includes a weatherproof housing having a base with a series of sidewalls and a rear wall, the base sidewalls extending forward from the rear wall to an open front, a lid having a series of sidewalls and a front wall, the lid sidewalls extending forward from the front wall, and a timer assembly positioned within the base. CLAMPING DEVICE

A clamp assembly is disclosed which includes a first clamp half-piece and a second clamp half-piece. In one example, the clamp half-pieces are identically shaped. In one example, each of the clamp half-pieces has at least one integral pin and at least one aperture. The first and second clamp half-pieces are pivotally connected to each other via a first snap-fit interface in which the integral pin of the first clamp half-piece snap-fits into the at least one aperture of the second clamp half-piece. The clamp assembly can also include a link arm connected to the first clamp half-piece via a second snap-fit interface. A lever arm can also be included that is pivotally connected to the link arm via a third snap-fit interface. The clamp assembly does not require separate link pins or other parts and only includes four components: the clamp half-pieces, the link arm, and the lever arm.
