HINGE DEVICE
In a position adjustment mechanism of a hinge device, operability of an adjustment screw is assured, and rickety movement is prevented while enhancing load bearing property. An adjustment screw 40 of a hinge device 3 is screwed to a body member 10. A locked part 34 of the intervention member 30 is sandwiched between a pair of sandwiching faces 44a of the adjustment screw 40 each other. To both lateral faces of the locked part 34, a contact part 35e having a ridge shape and a clearance part 35b continuous to a lateral side of a contact part 35e for avoiding contact with a sandwiching face 44a are each formed.
APPARATUS FOR MOVING A FURNITURE PART WHICH IS RECEIVED ON A FURNITURE CARCASS OF A FURNITURE ITEM
An apparatus for moving a furniture part which is received on a furniture carcass of a furniture item, the apparatus having a guide, by way of which, in the case of a mounted apparatus on the furniture item, the furniture part can be moved out of a closed position into an open position relative to the furniture carcass and back, the furniture part assuming, in the closed position, a position in which it is moved onto a front side of the furniture carcass. The guide is configured as an articulated lever arranged releasably on a mounting member of the apparatus. The apparatus includes a locking mechanism to lock the articulated lever to the mounting member. A locking element of the locking mechanism is arranged on the articulated lever such that it can be moved in a linear manner.
DEVICE FOR MOVING A FURNITURE PART THAT IS RECEIVED ON A FURNITURE CABINET OF AN ITEM OF FURNITURE
A device for moving a furniture part on an item of furniture, including a guide configured as an articulated lever releasably disposed on an assembly member of the device, which is assembled on the furniture part. The guide includes a securing member movably disposed on the articulated lever and capable of being positioned relative to the articulated lever. In a first position of the securing member a pivoting range of the guide is delimited by the securing member such that the guide in a closing movement is not capable of being moved from the opened position to the closed position. In a second position of the securing member the pivoting range of the guide is released such that the guide, in the closing movement from the opened position, reaches the closed position.
Hinge assembly
A hinge assembly includes a mounting body to be secured on a furniture carcass, a furniture hinge which has two fitting parts interconnected via at least one joint axle, and a locking device, by which one of the fitting parts of the furniture hinge can be locked to the mounting body. The fitting part of the furniture hinge that is to be locked on the mounting body has three plates which are arranged one above the other and are interconnected at least by at least one common, pin-like retaining part.
Hinge assembly
A hinge assembly includes a mounting body to be fixed to a furniture carcass, a furniture hinge having two fitting portions connected to one another via at least one hinge axis, and a locking device for locking one of the fitting portions of the furniture hinge to the mounting body. The locking device includes at least one holding portion having an outer contour, and a locking contour corresponding thereto. The locking contour includes at least one stationary first member and at least one second member configured to be moved, preferably pivotally, relative to the first member. The at least one holding portion is received between the two members of the locking contour in a locked position.
Hinge closure
A hinge closure (1) includes a frame assembly (2) having a pin (3) for attachment to a door frame and a hinge assembly (4) rotatably mounted on the pin (3) with a door part (5) for attachment of the hinge assembly (4) to a door; a pivot part (6) mounted on the door part (5) so as to be pivotable about a pivot pin (7); and a slide (8) mounted exclusively in the door part (5). The slide (8) forms, together with the door part (5), a seat for the pin (3) of the frame assembly (2). The pivoting part (6), during pivoting out from the door part (5), contacts the slide (8) and displaces until reaching a venting state and to reach the removal state, the slide (8) must be further displaced manually against the spring preloading.
Furniture hinge
The invention relates to a furniture hinge (10) with a hinge cup (52) having cup side walls (52.4) which encircle a cup opening at least partially, and having a cup bottom (52.1) which at least partially closes off the hinge cup (52) opposite the cup opening, with a spreading element (70) having two clamping jaws (72.1, 72.2) which at least partially radially enclose the cup side walls (52.4) of the hinge cup (52) and which are connected via a flange (71), and with a lifting arrangement for adjusting at least one of the clamp jaws (72.1, 72.2) between a first position and a second position. Here it is provided that at least one of the clamping jaws (72.1, 72.2) comprises at least one integrally formed spreading extension (76, 78) which, in the transition from the first position into the second position, cooperates with the hinge cup (52) so that the clamping jaws (72.1, 72.2) are spread. As a result, a furniture hinge is created, which can be produced cost-effectively, and which can be attached rapidly and securely to a piece of furniture.
ACTUATOR FOR FURNITURE PARTS
An actuating drive for moving a furniture part movably supported relative to a furniture carcass, the actuating drive including at least one pivotally mounted actuating arm for moving the movable furniture part, a spring device for applying a force to the actuating arm, and a locking device for releasably locking the actuating arm. The locking device includes at least one movably-mounted locking element cooperating with at least one locking recess in a position in which the actuating arm is locked, and the locking element can be unlocked from the at least one locking recess by a switch element to be operated manually and also by a control portion arranged on the actuating arm. The control portion can be acted upon by mounting the movable furniture part to the actuating arm.
Hinge device and hinge device base
Provided is a hinge device easy to machine and manufacture. A shaft guiding recessed section and a fitting recessed section are formed on a first face of substrate of a hinge device base. As a first position adjusting mechanism, a substrate side guiding section is provided on a bottom face of the shaft guiding recessed section, and a first adjusting shaft is provided between the substrate and a first movable member. A first shaft-side guiding section of the first adjusting shaft engages with the substrate side guiding section by being accommodated in the shaft guiding recessed section, and a first shaft part of the first adjusting shaft rotatably engages with the first movable member. A fitting section is provided in the first movable member, and the fitting section is inserted into the fitting recessed section so as to be able to slide in a first direction.
Furniture connecting fitting
The invention relates to a furniture connecting fitting (10) having an attachment section (51, 53) for coupling to a cabinet body (110), wherein a kinematic arrangement (30) is coupled indirectly or directly to the attachment section (51, 53), wherein an assembly piece (80) is provided, which assembly piece has a fitting end (81) facing the attachment section (51, 53) and a furniture attachment end (81.3) facing away from the fitting end (81), wherein the attachment section (51, 53) has at least one locating element (55) which, in an assembly position, interacts with a mating element (85) of the assembly piece (80) to form a connection, which acts transversely to the furniture attachment end (81.3) in a form-fitting and detachable manner, wherein an actuating element (60) is provided, which can be moved between a release position and a blocking position, and wherein the actuating element (60) rests against a supporting section (52) to secure the assembly position in the blocking position. Such a furniture connecting fitting can be easily connected to and installed on a cabinet body even in a compact design.
