UNIVERSAL SLIDING DOOR SYSTEM
A universal sliding door system that is configured to facilitate installation in either a slide right to open (SRO) orientation or a slide left to open (SLO) orientation. In some embodiments, a track is attached to a header by a pivot connector that allows the track to be pivoted up or down so that the track can be easily oriented at an appropriate angle for the desired opening orientation. The header and track may also each include a first set of openings configured to allow the track to be easily installed in a SRO orientation and a second set of openings configured to allow the track to be easily installed in a SLO orientation. Other components of the door system, such as the door and the vertical casing members may also include features configured to allow the components to easily be installed in either opening orientation.
Sliding-plug movement mechanism device based on virtual linear movement guide rail and for sliding-plug door
A compartment door for a vehicle has a bearing rod slide block with a rod sliding block arranged on a bearing bar. The bearing rod is connected by a sliding pair, and the compartment door is connected with the bearing sliding block through a plugging and pulling movement of the main body. The plugging and pulling movement of the main body includes a swing rod, a connecting rod and a roller, wherein an upper end of the connecting rod and compartment door are connected to a point B by a rotation pair, and a lower end of the connecting rod and the bearing rod slide block are connected to point D by a sliding pair. The upper end of the swing rod and bearing rod slide block are connected to point A by the rotation pair, and B, C, D are located on a same straight line.
REAR SLIDER WINDOW ASSEMBLY
A rear slider window assembly for a vehicle includes a movable window panel that is movable along channels of a fixed window panel via guide pins. A first guide pin moves along a first channel, which as a slot established therealong and therethrough. An electrical connector electrically connects electrical terminals at the fixed window panel to electrical terminals at the movable window panel, and includes a pin follower that extends through the slot of the first channel to electrically connect to a flexible cable connected to terminals at the fixed window panel and to electrical terminals at the movable window panel. The lower rail may include a water drainage element including (i) a hole established through the lower rail and (ii) a drainage receiving conduit attached at the fixed window panel beneath the hole of the lower rail and spaced from the lower rail.
CENTER TRACK DESIGN FOR A SLIDING DOOR
A sliding door mounting system for a vehicle includes a center track configured to support a sliding door between open and closed positions. The center track member includes a first zone and a second zone with a first bend disposed therebetween at a first angle. The center track member further includes a third zone and a second bend disposed between the second zone and the third zone at a second angle. A support part includes first and second zones and a portion of the center track member is coupled to an outer surface of the support part. The first zone of the support part includes a first thickness, and the second zone of the support part includes a second thickness. The second thickness of the second zone increases from a first end to a second end thereof
ROLLER
Provided is a roller, and more particularly, to a rotary shaft of the upper part of a rolling wheel, having an inclined surface formed along the circumference of an outer diametral surface thereof, is inserted into at least one coupling groove formed on a transfer bracket, a thrust member is provided at the upper part of the rotary shaft so as to allow a thrust load to be concentrated on the upper end of the rotary shaft or the thrust member, and a radial member is provided at the inner surface of the coupling groove and the rotary shaft positioned at the lower part of the thrust member, thereby supporting a radial load.
SLIDING-PLUG MOVEMENT MECHANISM DEVICE BASED ON VIRTUAL LINEAR MOVEMENT GUIDE RAIL AND FOR SLIDING-PLUG DOOR
A simple, convenient and light weight compartment door is provided.
SLIDING DOOR BRAKE ASSEMBLY
A vehicle sliding door brake assembly configured for attachment to a sliding door mechanism of a vehicle may include a brake member connectable to the sliding door mechanism and configured to rotate about a pivot point, the brake member comprising one or more brake portions for selectively engaging a track of the vehicle so as to provide a braking force. The brake portions may be configured to form an inertial counterweight that urges the brake member to move from a neutral position in which the brake portions are not engaged with the track to an engaged position in which one or more of the brake portions are engaged with the track when a sliding door of the vehicle is subjected to an acceleration exceeding a threshold.
Windbreak system
The invention relates to a windbreak system formed by a set of independent, folding panels that move longitudinally along an upper guide rail and another, lower guide rail and a non-movable folding door, in which each panel and the door include a rotating shaft and folding shaft. The panels are moved manually and do not have rollers, the entire weight of the panels resting on two strips of self-lubricating polymer inserted into slots in the lower rail.
Slider window assembly
A rear slider window assembly for a vehicle includes a fixed window panel, a frame portion and a movable window panel that is movable along the frame between a closed position and an opened position relative to an opening of the fixed window panel. A first heater grid is disposed at the first panel portion, a second heater grid is disposed at the second panel portion, and a third heater grid is disposed at the movable window panel. A first busbar is disposed at the fixed window panel and extends at least partially across an upper or lower panel portion of the fixed window panel. The rear slider window assembly includes an electrical connector for electrically conductively connecting the third heater grid to one of (i) the first heater grid, (ii) the second heater grid and (iii) the first busbar.
Sliding door assembly
A sliding door assembly for incorporation within a wall, the assembly comprising a sliding door panel, a top rail guide and a bottom rail guide operatively associated with respective top and bottom ends of the sliding door panel to guide the same within a pair of cooperating guide tracks provided within each of the top rail guides and bottom rail guides, the top and bottom rails guides are not vertically interconnected whereby the pairs of cooperating guide tracks extend in a separate plane from that of the wall so that when the sliding door panel is fully opened it is disposed behind the wall. The invention includes a guide track that is bifurcated to provide multiple sliding door panels.
