A spindle structure includes a lower rail mounted at a lower side of a vehicle body, a lower rail roller unit rollably connected to the lower rail, a lower rail swing arm rotatably connected to the lower rail roller unit and a door, a lower guide rail mounted on the door and configured to form a lower guide route, and a spindle assembly positioned at one end of the lower rail, the spindle assembly including a spindle connected to a fixing unit fixed to the vehicle body, the spindle having one end rollably connected to the lower guide rail, having a threaded portion formed on an outer circumferential surface thereof, and being configured to be movable in a threaded manner between the vehicle body and the door.
Structure for preventing movement of a sliding door
A structure includes a lower rail mounted to a lower portion of a vehicle body in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle body. A lower-rail roller part is rollably connected to the lower rail. A lower-rail swing arm is rotatably connected to the lower-rail roller part and a door. A lower guide rail is mounted to the door and defines a lower guide path in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body. A lifter has a first end that moves along the lower guide path, and a second end that is fixed to the vehicle body. The lifter applies a force in a direction from the door toward the vehicle body. An upper guide rail is mounted to an upper portion of the vehicle body. An upper-guide roller part is mounted to the door to be seated in the upper guide rail.
Vehicle door opening and closing apparatus
A vehicle door opening and closing apparatus includes a rail configured to be mounted on a vehicle body, a roller unit configured to be mounted on a vehicle door, move along the rail, and allow the vehicle door to open and close in a sliding mode and a swing mode, a center rail configured to extend from a rear edge of a door aperture of the vehicle body, a center roller unit configured to be guided along the center rail, and a flap mechanism configured to prevent the center roller unit from being separated from the center rail in the sliding mode, and to allow the center roller unit to be released from the center rail in the swing mode.
Structure for Preventing Sliding Door From Swaying
A structure for preventing a sliding door from swaying includes a rail mounted in a first direction that is a longitudinal direction of a vehicle body, a rail roller unit rollably connected to the rail, a sliding module configured to apply driving power in the first direction to the rail roller unit through a cable, a slider mounted on the rail roller unit, a movement support unit configured to support the sliding door, wherein a first side of the movement support unit is fixed to the sliding door, and a second side of the movement support unit is rollably connected to the slider, and a spindle assembly configured to operate a spindle between the sliding door and the rail to move the sliding door in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction.
Structure for Preventing Sliding Door From Swaying
A structure includes a rail mounted on a vehicle body, a rail roller device connected to the rail, a slider mounted on the rail roller device, a movement support device having a first side fixed to a door and a second side connected to the slider, and a catch-pawl locking device including catches and pawls locked to or unlocked from one another while rotating. The catches and the pawls include a first catch and a first pawl for restricting a movement of the rail roller device in a first direction when the first catch and the first pawl are locked to each other, and a second catch and a second pawl for restricting a movement of the movement support device in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction when the second catch and the second pawl are locked.
ENCLOSURE SYSTEM INCORPORATING A CARTRIDGE ASSEMBLY HOUSING AN EXTENDABLE AND RETRACTABLE ENCLOSURE PANEL
An enclosure system having a cartridge assembly with a flexible panel is provided for use in forming an enclosed area. The cartridge assembly may be replaceable and may include a shell, a rotatable drum located inside the shell, and a tensioning mechanism. The flexible panel may extendably and retractably wind on the drum. The tensioning mechanism may load when unwinding the flexible panel from the drum, and when loaded, may rotate the drum to wind the flexible panel onto the drum. The tensioning system may include a braking surface which rotates jointly with the drum. When the tensioning system drives the drum to wind the flexible panel, the braking surface may friction against the shell, dampening the winding of the flexible panel onto the drum. The tensioning mechanism may be adjusted to select the dampening strength.
DOOR ASSEMBLY SLIDE UNIT DISENGAGEMENT SYSTEM
Examples provide a door assembly including a sliding door carrier unit having a disengagement mechanism for utilization within a vehicle cabin. The door assembly includes a sliding door movably mounted to a door support member of a seat unit. The door slides laterally between a fully retracted position and a deployed or partially deployed position. A decoupling latch is engaged to detach the sliding door from one or more slide units on the door support member. An auxiliary slide device includes at least one guide and guide profile to support the door and enable the door to return to the retracted position after the door is decoupled from the slide unit in a backup operational mode. The decoupling mechanism enables a user to return the sliding door to a fully retracted position after a failure of the slide units to operate in a normal operational mode.
FITTING ARRANGEMENT FOR A WINDOW OR DOOR
A fitting arrangement for a window or a door has a drive bar with a through-hole. A control pin and/or a counter element of the fitting arrangement is/are passed through the through-hole and connected to one another such that the control pin is captively retained on the drive bar. The control pin is preferably connected to the counter element without the use of tools. Particularly preferably, a spring element is provided which latches the control pin by pressing the control pin and the counter element axially together. The spring element can be designed in the form of a circlip which, in the not yet assembled state, is arranged on the control pin or the counter element.
Vehicle Door Opening and Closing Apparatus
An embodiment is a vehicle door opening and closing apparatus including a vehicle door configured to be selectively opened and closed in a mode of a sliding mode and a swing mode to uncover and cover a door opening of a vehicle body. The vehicle door opening and closing apparatus further including a rail mounted on the vehicle body, a roller unit including a roller and a hinge element, the roller being configured to be guided along the rail, the hinge element being spaced apart from the roller, a door-side bracket mounted on the vehicle door, the door-side bracket being detachably connected to the roller unit, and a body-side bracket mounted on the vehicle body, the body-side bracket being detachably connected to the roller unit.
