Door opening/closing device
A door opening/closing device includes a shaft member installed on a first door panel side so that it cannot rotate. Both ends of a torsion spring in the door opening/closing device are latched to a second door panel side via torsion spring latching walls, and a center portion of the torsion spring is latched to the first door panel side via a latched member, a latching portion, and the shaft member. When the first door panel and the second door panel are pulled from the state in which the doorway is closed, the first door panel and the second door panel fold about an outside cylindrical member as center. The outside cylindrical member rotates relative to the shaft member. First and second coil portions deform elastically in the direction that they are each wound tighter, and the first and second door panels are opened and the doorway is opened.
INVERTED CONSTANT FORCE WINDOW BALANCE FOR TILT SASH
A window balance may include a shoe body with an elongate portion and an enlarged portion. The elongate portion may include at least one carrier section for supporting a coil spring and an enlarged portion may include a locking element and a cam in communication with the locking element. The width of the enlarged portion may be greater than the width of the elongate portion. The spring may rest in the carrier section and may be secured to a window jamb with a fastener or a mounting element.
Device for closing and/or opening of a leaf
Device for the closing and/or opening of a leaf, to be applied to a concealed hinge comprising two bodies articulated to each other through at least a pair of articulation arms and connectable respectively to a leaf and to a fixed structure, the device being intended to be associated with one of the two bodies of the hinge, the device including: a translating element engageable to/with an articulation arm of the hinge, at least one mobile group configured to cooperate with the translating element and which is mobile with respect to an element/structure which can be mechanically fixed to the hinge body to which the device is to be associated; elastic means acting on the mobile group to cause the movement of the mobile group and the translating element;
the translating element, the at least one mobile group and the elastic means are configured and reciprocally arranged.
POP-UP COVER AND BOX KIT FOR FLOORS AND COUNTERTOPS
A pop-up cover with a front insertable outlet. The pop-up cover includes sidewalls, a front panel, an outlet bracket, a lid defining a cavity within the cover, and an opening into the cavity. An outlet bracket enables straight-in insertion and securement of an electrical outlet within the cavity. A cover biasing and latching arrangement enables movement of the pop-up cover from a closed position to an open position. A recessed wall with an aperture on the cover enables easy replacement of the electrical outlet when needed. The cover biasing arrangement includes a pivot pin and a spring on the pivot pin biasing the cover to the open position. A thumb slide enables releasing the cover from the closed position to the open position. An alignment tab on the recessed wall enables rapid alignment and fitting of the outlet bracket to the pop-up cover.
FLAP FOR AN INLET OF A MOTOR VEHICLE
A flap for a motor vehicle includes a first element that can be fixed to a body and a second element hinged to the first element around a first axis; a shutter carried by the second element and movable relative to the first element between a first closing position and a first complete opening position; and elastic means interposed between the first element and the second element and configured to load the shutter towards the first complete opening position; and slowing means configured to slow down the shutter upon reaching of the first complete opening position; the slowing means comprise a cover and a surface; one of said cover and surface being made of a damping material; the cover and the surface interact with one another at least in the complete 10 opening position so as to slow down the shutter upon reaching of the first complete opening position.
