PIVOT HINGE APPARATUS FOR DOOR
Disclosed herein is a pivot hinge apparatus for a door. The pivot hinge apparatus includes a torsion device configured to be mounted on a doorframe. The torsion device includes: a first cam member formed such that first and second sliding portions configured to provide guiding through vertical sliding with respect to rotation movement are disposed in upper and lower directions; and a second cam member disposed to be slidable vertically by rotation relative to the first cam member by a third sliding portion that comes into contact with the first sliding portion and configured to restrain the third sliding portion and the first sliding portion from being separated from each other in such a manner that a fourth sliding portion is guided to the second sliding portion.
Appliance lid hinge assembly with snubber
A hinge assembly for pivotally connecting an associated appliance lid to an associated appliance body includes a base adapted to be connected to the associated appliance body. A cam is rotatably supported on the base and is adapted to be engaged by the associated appliance lid and is rotatable about a lid pivot axis. A snubber/damper is operatively connected to the base. The cam exerts a snubber activation force on the snubber when said cam rotates about the lid pivot axis in a first direction corresponding to movement of the associated appliance lid from an opened position toward a closed position such that the snubber damps movement of the cam when the cam rotates in the first direction.
DOOR ACTUATOR
A door actuator for opening and/or closing a door leaf includes a housing, an output shaft rotatably supported in the housing and with a cam disc, wherein the output shaft is formed for transferring torque onto the door leaf. A first element of motion is linearly movably guided in the housing with a first contact surface. A second element of motion is linearly movably guided in the housing with a second contact surface. A distancing arrangement is disposed in the housing. The cam disc is disposed between the two contact surfaces and for rolling on the two contact surfaces. In at least one delimiting range of angles of rotation of the output shaft, the distancing arrangement delimits the minimum distance between the elements of motion, and, in at least one free range of angles of rotation, does not delimit the linear mobility of the two elements of motion in relation to each other.

A hinge for the rotatable movement of a closing element, such as a door, a window, a shutter or the like, includes a fixed element anchorable to a stationary support structure and a mobile element anchorable to the closing element. The fixed and movable elements are mutually coupled so as to rotate with respect to each other between an open position and a closed position. One of the fixed or movable element includes a working chamber, with a plunger disposed to slide along a longitudinal axis and operatively coupled with the other one of the fixed or movable elements so that the sliding of the plunger corresponds to a rotation of the movable element.

A positionable hidden hydraulic hinge configured for installation of a door is provided. The positionable hidden hydraulic hinge includes a non-movable device body configured to be connectable with a door frame, a rotatable device body configured to be connectable with a door leaf, and a hinge configured to connect the non-movable device body and the rotatable device body. The rotatable device body includes a bearing guiding base having a guiding groove and a hydraulic chamber body. The positionable hidden hydraulic hinge also includes a linkage assembly configured to penetrate throughout the hinge. Two ends of the linkage assembly are configured to pivotably connect with the non-movable device body and an internal mechanism of the rotatable device body, respectively. A first end of the bearing guiding base is fixedly connected with the hinge, and a second end of the bearing guiding base is connected with the hydraulic chamber body.

The shaft seat has a connecting hole that has first and second sections. The rotating unit includes a camshaft that rotatably extends through the shaft seat, and that is connected to the moving unit. The resilient unit is disposed in the connecting hole of the shaft seat, and has a plurality of coils. A quantity of coils in the first section is less than a quantity of coils in the second section. The moving unit is pivotable to drive the camshaft to rotate against a resilient force of the coils of the resilient unit.

The second piston assembly drives the closed space into a first air chamber and a second air chamber in communication with each other. The driving mechanism also includes a first piston assembly connected to the second piston assembly. The pneumatic door closer also includes a transmission mechanism having one end received in the housing and another end connected to the door frame.
