Damping device and furniture hinge comprising the same
A damping device includes a housing, a cover assembly, a piston rod, a piston and an elastic member. The housing has an inner wall defining a chamber, and an opening communicated with the chamber. The chamber is filled with a damping medium. The cover assembly is arranged adjacent to the opening of the housing. The piston rod penetrates through the cover assembly. The piston is connected to the piston rod and movable relative to the housing. The piston includes an extension part and an expansion part located between the piston rod and the extension part. A width of the expansion part is greater than a width of the piston rod. The elastic member is arranged in the chamber of the housing, and configured to provide an elastic force to the piston.
Hinge device for the rotatable movement of a closing element
A hinge device for the rotatable movement of a closing element, such as a door, a window, a shutter or the like, between a closing position and an opening position, includes a fixed element anchorable to a stationary support structure; a movable element anchorable to the closing element so that the movable element rotates around a first longitudinal axis between a first opening position and a second closing position; a plunger that is operatively coupled to the movable element by a coupling system configured so that along a first section of the sliding of a connecting shaft, the plunger does not slide, thereby allowing a free rotation of the movable element, and along a second section of the sliding of the connecting shaft, the plunger slides integrally joined with the connecting shaft, thereby controlling the rotation of the movable element.
Movement control device
A movement control device comprising a housing with an elongate push rod mounted therein for reciprocal movement along a longitudinal axis between first and second positions, wherein the push rod extends out of said housing in both the first and second positions. A spring comprising a primary axis operable to provide a biasing force on the push rod is further provided in the housing. A damping device comprising a primary axis is located in the housing, wherein the damping device is in continuous engagement with the push rod through its reciprocating movement. The primary axis of the spring and the primary axis of the damping device are not coaxial.
DOOR CLOSER
A hydraulic door closer is disclosed. The hydraulic door closer may include a top cap surrounded by an O-ring that is located at the top of the hydraulic door closer housing opposite a spindle to seal the hydraulic fluid within the housing. In addition to or in lieu of the top cap design, the door closer may include a locking washer to secure the valves to the housing; epoxy and an O-ring at the interface between the top cap and the housing of the door closer; use of a dual-walled rubber seal around the spindle; use of dual O-rings on each valve stems; use of caps that are made of the same material as the housing instead of aluminum and use of epoxy on the end caps; and/or use of backcheck with an adjustable spring.
HYDRAULIC HINGE, IN PARTICULAR CONCEALED HINGE FOR DOORS
A hydraulic hinge comprising a fixed element anchorable to a stationary support structure and a movable element anchorable to a closing element. The fixed and movable elements are mutually coupled in such a way that the latter rotates with respect to the former about a first longitudinal axis between an open position and a closed position. One of the fixed element and the movable elements includes at least one working chamber defining a second longitudinal axis, which comprises at least one portion which includes: a plunger member sliding along the second axis and a working fluid to hydraulically dampen the movement of the movable element. The plunger member is mutually connected with one of the fixed element and the movable element so that the rotation of the latter corresponds to the sliding of the former.
Decelerated hinge for furniture and method for assembling a decelerating device in a furniture hinge
A decelerated hinge for furniture, which comprises a hinge arm, a hinge box fixable to a door and swingably connected to the hinge arm by an articulation axis at a rear wall of the hinge box, elastic closing means for closing the hinge and a linear-type decelerating device comprising a housing body, a slider, a fluid damper and elastic return means, wherein the hinge box has at least one opening in at least one of a front and/or side walls, and wherein the housing body has at least a retaining protrusion conformed and arranged to be inserted in the at least one opening in such a way to be protruding outside the hinge box, wherein the retaining protrusion inserted in the opening cooperates with fixing means by which the housing body is fixed in the hinge box.
The plunger member is mutually connected with one of the fixed element and the movable element so that the rotation of the latter corresponds to the sliding of the former and vice-versa.
Panic device with door closer
Disclosed is a panic bar with a door closer, the panic bar having a locking device installed at a front end of a case and a door closer provided at a rear end of the case. The locking device is released upon pushing of the push bar provided in the case. An air cylinder is installed inside the case. A guide member is installed in one side of the air cylinder and a cylinder sealing cap is installed in the other side of the air cylinder. One side of a piston rod having a piston for compressing and expanding air inside the air cylinder passes through the guide member. A spring disposed between the piston and the guide member is installed on the piston rod.
