A casement window operator includes a linear input mechanism configured to be mounted to a stationary frame of a casement window, a linear to rotary motion converter operably coupled to an output of the linear input mechanism, a gear reducer operably coupled to an output of the rotary motion converter, and a sash arm operably coupled to an output of the gear reducer to rotate in conjunction with the output of the gear reducer. The sash arm is configured to extend from the stationary frame of the casement window to a rotatable window sash of the casement window.

A sliding operator handle includes an actuatable brake providing at least one braking position in which the actuatable brake is configured to contact a track and restrict sliding motion of the track mount along the track and at least one sliding position in which the actuatable brake is configured to reduce contact with the track and allow sliding motion of the track mount along the track, and a handle pivotably coupled to the track mount. The handle is configured to receive a manual input force to slide the track mount in either direction along the track, and being further configured to actuate the actuatable brake in response to the manual input force. The handle includes a neutral position corresponding to the at least one braking position of the actuatable brake and actuation positions to allow sliding motion of the track mount along the track in response to manual input forces.

The invention relates to an injection device for a movable furniture part, in particular a door or a flap, which injection devices comprises an ejection element, which can be coupled to a movable furniture part and which is provided for moving the movable furniture part into an open position, a releasable locking mechanism, by means of which a force accumulator for actuating the ejection element can be locked in a closed position of the furniture part, a loading device for loading the force accumulator after the actuation of the ejection element by means of movement of the furniture part in the opening direction, a retracting device for the ejection element, by means of which the ejection element can be moved in the closing direction after the ejection element has been decoupled from the furniture part, wherein the locking mechanism has a first linearly movable slide, the loading device has a second movable slide, the ejection element-is connected to a third slide, and the second slide and the third slide can be moved in the opening direction by means of the first slide.

A device for moving a movable furniture part, including a force accumulator such that by way of the fitted device the furniture part under action of the force accumulator is capable of being put in the opening direction of the furniture part, wherein in a tensioned position of the force accumulator the force accumulator is charged for the opening movement of the furniture part. The device has a locking assembly having a displaceable locking member for locking the tensioned position of the force accumulator, wherein the locking member in the tensioned position assumes a locking position which is unlockable. The locking member in the case of an unlocking procedure is movable from the locking position in a releasing direction, wherein a transmission installation by way of which a movement of the locking member is transmittable to a functional unit which is spaced apart from the locking member is provided.

A guide assembly includes a guide configured to be arranged on a stationary furniture part, a guide device configured to be connected to the movable furniture part, the guide device being displaceable relative to the guide, and an adjustment device for adjusting the guide relative to the stationary furniture part. The adjustment device includes a mounting device configured to be fixed to the stationary furniture part and a coupling device configured to be coupled to the guide. The preferably pivotally supported actuating element is for adjusting the coupling device relative to the mounting device. A securing device is provided for fixing the guide device relative to the guide in a securing position, and the securing device includes a securing body integrated into the adjustment device.

An emergency opening device for a lifting door as well as a lifting door with such an emergency opening device and a method for operating such an emergency opening device are provided. The emergency opening device has a driver, a movement element, an elongate drive member and a locking element. The driver is rotatably mountable on a rotationally fixed inner shaft of a drive device of the lifting door and is configured to be selectively connected to the drive device. The elongate drive member is connected to the movement element and is configured to transmit a movement caused by the movement element to the driver. The movement element is, for example, an elastic element which is pretensioned in a standby position and is configured to relax and to drive the elongate drive member by the released tension energy when the locking element is released.

An electrically powered vehicle tailgate operator for pivoting a tailgate of a pickup truck about a horizontal tailgate axis near a bottom edge of the tailgate. The vehicle tailgate operator comprises a cable spool for spooling a cable and a drive gear for transmitting torque from the drive shaft to the cable spool. The vehicle tailgate operator also has a retention system. The cable spool, the drive actuator, the drive shaft, the drive gear, and the retention system are arranged inside of a housing, wherein the spool axis is oriented in parallel to the drive shaft axis and the spool axis is arranged on the same height or above the drive shaft axis.

A direction switchable ratchet device for a door operator is provided. The door operator includes an electric motor, an electromagnetic brake and the direction switchable ratchet device. The direction switchable ratchet device comprises a first and second direction restricting devices and a manually operable mechanism. A drive shaft of the electric motor is braked by a brake baffle disk when the electric motor is electrically de-energized and is released when the electric motor is electrically energized. The first and second direction restricting devices are provided to prevent the drive shaft from being rotated clockwise and counter-clockwise respectively by holding the brake baffle disk. In the event of power failure, the manually operable mechanism is effective to open the door once a pawl of the direction restricting device at the free side is retracted. The manually operable mechanism of the door operator is prevented from being incorrectly mounted in a cost-effective manner.

A device for moving a movable furniture part, including a force accumulator such that by way of the fitted device the furniture part under action of the force accumulator is capable of being put in the opening direction of the furniture part, wherein in a tensioned position of the force accumulator the force accumulator is charged for the opening movement of the furniture part. The device has a locking assembly having a displaceable locking member for locking the tensioned position of the force accumulator, wherein the locking member in the tensioned position assumes a locking position which is unlockable. A device for opening and closing a movable furniture part such as a drawer, door or shutter, includes a push-out unit having at least one push-out element and a rechargeable energy storage element connected to the push-out element via a coupler, such that when the movable furniture part is pushed a specified or definable distance into the energy storage element, stored energy can be made available as kinetic energy in order to eject the movable furniture part. The coupler comprises a lever system with a plurality of levers connected to each other in an articulated manner via levers.
