Method of making and using a foot operable door opener
A method of using a foot operable door opener which operates, without using one's hands, and without electrical assist. Signage is provided on the door showing that the entrance cycle is initiated by the entrant stepping on a pedal, actuating an initial delay, allowing the entrant to comfortably step aside to clear the path of swinging of the door, while a second delay assembly provides for a delayed release of the drive wheel at an end of the opening cycle, to allow ergonomic passage, which allows the entrant to comfortably step through an open portal of the door before integrated closing devices close the door behind the entrant.
METHOD OF DOOR CONTROL WITHOUT HAND CONTACTING AND THE DEVICE CARRYING OUT THIS METHOD
The method of door control without, hand contact, wherein, when the door leaf is in its stationary closed position, all the energy necessary for automatic opening and subsequent closing the door leaf, initiated by an actuating force, preferably realized by means of a foot lever, is accumulated in an opening and closing mechanism during the actuating action of the controlling mechanism. During the automatic opening, the only acting force is the tension of the opening member, and during the subsequent automatic closing, the only acting force is the tension of the closing member. By means of the bimodal opening and closing mechanism, the tensions of these two members act separately, not against each other.
SCREW-DRIVEN CONTROL SYSTEM
A screw-driven control system includes a driving mechanism fixed in a cross beam, a guide locking piece and a limiting mechanism. The driving mechanism includes a screw rod and a motor driven nut assembly having a transmission frame, a nut sleeved in the screw rod, and a follow-up member fixed in the nut; the nut is mounted in the transmission frame, and the transmission frame is connected with a controlled object; the screw rod drives the nut assembly to reciprocate axially along the screw rod;
DOUBLE SLIDING-PLUG DOOR SYSTEM
A double sliding-plug door system includes a fixed frame, a sliding-plug rail arranged in the fixed frame, a cross beam, a driving mechanism, a linkage mechanism, a guide locking piece and a limiting mechanism. The driving mechanism has a screw rod and a motor driven nut assembly having a transmission frame, a nut sleeved in the screw rod and a follow-up member fixed in the nut; the nut mounted in the transmission frame, which itself is connected with an active sleeve assembly; the screw rod drives the nut assembly to reciprocate axially along the screw rod.
INDUCTIVE RECEIVING DEVICE
An inductive receiving device is provided, including a main body and an actuating unit which has at least one contact portion, a processing unit and a driving unit. The main body has a shell body which has a through opening normally blocked by a blocking portion of a doorstop assembly, and when the doorstop assembly is in an opening position. The processing unit is in communication with the at least one contact portion and the driving unit, the driving unit is connected to the doorstop assembly, the contact portion transfers a pressure variation into an opening signal and transmitting the opening signal to the processing unit, as receiving the opening signal, the processing unit transmits an actuating signal to the driving unit, and the driving unit drives the doorstop assembly to swing to the opening position.
CASEMENT SLIDING OPERATOR
A casement window operator includes a linear input mechanism configured to be mounted to a stationary frame of a casement window, a linear to rotary motion converter operably coupled to an output of the linear input mechanism, a gear reducer operably coupled to an output of the rotary motion converter, and a sash arm operably coupled to an output of the gear reducer to rotate in conjunction with the output of the gear reducer. The sash arm is configured to extend from the stationary frame of the casement window to a rotatable window sash of the casement window.
SLIDING OPERATOR HANDLE BREAK
A sliding operator handle includes an actuatable brake providing at least one braking position in which the actuatable brake is configured to contact a track and restrict sliding motion of the track mount along the track and at least one sliding position in which the actuatable brake is configured to reduce contact with the track and allow sliding motion of the track mount along the track, and a handle pivotably coupled to the track mount. The handle is configured to receive a manual input force to slide the track mount in either direction along the track, and being further configured to actuate the actuatable brake in response to the manual input force. The handle includes a neutral position corresponding to the at least one braking position of the actuatable brake and actuation positions to allow sliding motion of the track mount along the track in response to manual input forces.
Kit for the articulated connection between dividing panels in stables or sheds
A kit for articulated connection between dividing panels having a pair of male pieces with a coupling protrusion; and a pair of female pieces with a coupling hole, the protrusions engage the holes when relative vertical movement between the pair of male and female pieces is produced when fixed to the panels. One of the first or second pair of pieces is configured with a depression such that the coupling protrusion or the coupling hole is arranged in the groove. The kit includes an auxiliary piece with a retaining pin actuatable with a lever and with an angled end, fixable to the lateral wing of one of the male pieces, the pin remaining parallel to the lateral wing and outside the panel. Regulated by the lever, the angled retaining end of the pin can be arranged in at least two positions: a release position and a locking position.

LID OPENING AND CLOSING DEVICE
A groove serving as a manipulation receiving portion of a spindle lever of a lid opening and closing device has a side wall serving as a lock operating part that is brought into contact with a manipulation portion of a drive lever and inhibits the drive lever from rotating in an opening drive direction when the spindle lever is biased in an opening operating direction by external force acting on a lid at a fully closed position to move the lid to a fully open position.
