METHOD FOR CONTROLLING DOOR MOVEMENTS OF THE DOOR OF A MOTOR VEHICLE, AND MOTOR VEHICLE COMPONENT
A method and a device for controlling door movements of a controllable door of a motor vehicle. A control device and a sensor arrangement are assigned to the door and the door has a controllable motion influencing device. A motion of a door wing of the door is controlled and influenced by the motion influencing device to alternate between a closed position and an open position. The motion influencing device includes a driving device with a drive motor. The sensor arrangement includes a current sensor which detects the motor current of the drive motor. While closing the door wing the control device detects an obstacle when the door wing is not yet closed and the power input of the drive motor rises above a predetermined threshold. Then the control device stops the drive motor.
ELECTRIC DOUBLE PANEL INWARD GLIDING DOOR AND INWARD GLIDING DOOR DRIVING APPARATUS THEREOF
Electrically-operated inward-swing double doors and inward-swing door driving devices thereof. Each inward-swing door driving device includes a sector gear in coaxial transmission with a door shaft of the inward-swing door, a driving mechanism used for driving the sector gear to rotate, and an unlocking mechanism. The driving mechanism includes a motor gear and a motor driving the motor gear to rotate.
The unlocking mechanism includes a cylinder, a cylinder push rod extending out of the cylinder, and a lock located at the end portion of the cylinder push rod. The tail end of the lock is in transmission connection with a wheel axle of the motor gear. The lock is provided with a lock rotating shaft for rotating horizontally around the lock. The lock rotating shaft is provided with an elastic element for applying twisting resilience force to the lock.

Methods and systems are described for determining operation of an openable barrier and direction of movement of a person through an opening controlled by the barrier. A method includes detecting with a hinge sensor a closed position for the barrier, the hinge sensor being mounted to a hinge of the barrier, determining with the hinge sensor when the barrier changes position from the closed position to an open position, detecting with at least one motion sensor motion of an object in proximity to the opening, and determining a direction of movement of the object through the opening based on whether the motion is detected before or after detecting the change in position of the barrier.
Networked door closer
A door closer assembly for an entryway device having a position sensor that assists in determining the location of the door closer assembly, and thus the location of the associated entryway device, relative to at least an entryway. The position sensor can be coupled to, and/or part of, the door closer assembly. Information obtained by the position sensor may be used by one or processing devices of an access control system to determine whether the door closer assembly and/or the entryway device is at the closed location, among other locations, as well as the direction(s) of displacement of the entryway device. Such information may be utilized in calibrating other devices, as well as determining the occurrence of a number of events, including unauthorized displacement or holding of the entryway device. A timer may also be utilized to further evaluate the nature of the displacement of the entryway device.

A system includes: a door opening/closing switch which receives, from a user, a manipulation instruction for opening or closing the door; a door position sensor which detects a position of the door; a steering controller which measures a steering angle of the vehicle; a door controller which receives, from the door opening/closing switch, the manipulation signal for opening or closing the door, receives door position information from the door position sensor, receives steering angle information from the steering controller, and determines that the door and the wheel are in an interference state when the wheel is not in an aligned state in which the wheel is parallel to a longitudinal direction of the vehicle, when the user attempts to open the door; and a warning device which warns the user of a situation when the door controller determines that the door and the wheel are in the interference state.
