SMARTLOCK SYSTEM FOR IMPROVED FIRE SAFETY
Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage mediums, for a smartlock device that can be integrated in a door at a property. The smartlock device includes a locking mechanism configured to lock the door and to unlock the door. The device includes a radio device and a sensor that determines a first temperature of the smartlock device and a second temperature of a room that is accessible via the door. The radio device is operable to: i) receive parameter signals from the sensor indicating each of the first and second temperatures; ii) transmit data that includes the first and second temperatures to a monitoring system; and iii) receive a command to cause the locking mechanism to unlock the door based on information from the monitoring system. The information includes a determined routing of occupants at the property and is presented on a display of the device.
Touchless smart storage box with face recognition
A touchless smart storage box is presented for storage of valuable items like documents, jewellery, data discs, currency, hand gun, fire arms. the box conducted the authentication based on facial information of the user. Once the facial information matches the contents of the box are visible on the screen by means of an internal baroscopic camera. a hub motor mechanical is used to open and close the door without any physical interaction. Multiple sensors are embedded onto the smart box to indicate its status of open close and location. Due to tempering action the camera gets triggered to capture the scenario and transmit the same to mobile & web application. Communication protocol enables the box to be operated remotely for all interactions.
Vehicle door interface system
A door interface system for a vehicle door includes a sensor and a visual indicator. The sensor may be a proximity sensor and may be positioned proximate to the visual indicator such that it will detect an object proximate to the proximity sensor. The visual indicator may convey the position of the sensor and/or a status of the vehicle door. The door interface system is configured to control the vehicle door based at least in part on detecting an object proximate the visual indicator.
Automatic Door Opening Systems and Methodolgies
The Intelligent Door Opening system consists of several devices that work together to identify approaching individuals, verify that they should be allowed access, which can be conducted by several different means. Once they have been approved the system will then grant them access by opening the door and then closing said door when the individual has entered the building. The Intelligent Door Opening system will also comprise several devices to add additional security to the primaries home, examples being a deadbolt that stops hackers from being able to control the other devices, a camera, and a secure locking system. The intelligent Door Opening system will add all the convenience of an automatic door as seen at a mall, but with the security to ensure that only people that are allowed access will be allowed to enter.
TOUCHLESS CONTROL SYSTEM
A control system includes a sensor system that may detect entry of a person into a detection curtain in front of a door, and a controller that may receive a first signal from the sensor system indicating the entry of the person into the detection curtain. The controller may determine a state of the door and generate a second signal responsive to receiving the first signal and while the state of the door indicates that the door can be opened. The control system also may include one or more actuators that may be coupled with the door and to open the door without the person touching the door responsive to receiving the second signal from the controller.
ATTACK RESISTANT, ENERGY HARVESTING, AND ADAPTABLE INTERACTIVE PANEL
Interactive panels are used to display information to one or more users that are interacting with the interactive panels. One or more detection devices (e.g., sensors, communication devices, or the like) detect that users may be located near the interactive panels. The information displayed to the users may be any type of information, such as user information, product information, entity information, area information, or other like information. The interactive panels may be used in any type of barrier, such as doors, walls, fee-standing structures within or outside of a building, adaptable panels that are moveable, or the like. The interactive panels may have energy harvesting layers that at least partially aid in powering the interactive panels and/or components thereof. The interactive panels may have protection layers that at least partially aid in protecting the displays and/or energy harvesting layers of the interactive panels from damage.
Household door with integrated display and various power routing conduits
A household door with an integrated display, and methods for fabricating, installing, and routing power and data to the same are disclosed. The household door includes a door core having a cavity. The household door further incudes a front skin affixed to the door core and having a display window, and a back skin affixed to the door core. The household door further includes a display secured within the cavity and exposed by the display window. The front skin, the back skin, and the display seal the cavity.
AUTOMATED SYSTEM FOR CLOSING A CLOSURE OF A MOTOR VEHICLE BASED UPON TRANSMISSION STATE
An automated system is provided for closing a closure of a motor vehicle. That automated system includes a plurality of closures, a plurality of closure modules for opening and closing that plurality of closures and a control module. The control module is configured to monitor a transmission state of the motor vehicle and an open/close state of the plurality of closures and then close an open closure of the plurality of closures when the transmission is shifted out of park and the open closure is detected. A related method is also provided.
System For Facilitating Access to a Secured Area
A movable barrier operator comprising a motor, communication circuitry configured to receive a control signal and communicate with a door lock associated with a passageway door, and a controller. The controller is configured to authenticate the control signal, wherein authenticating the control signal includes associating the signal with a first level of access or a second level of access. The controller is further configured to communicate with the door lock via the communication circuitry to permit opening of the passageway door in response to associating the control signal with the first level of access and inhibit opening of the passageway door in response to associating the control signal with the second level of access. The controller is configured to cause the motor to open the movable barrier regardless of association of the control signal with the first level of access or the second level of access.
Passenger Communication Lighting
A passenger communication lighting display on or adjacent a touch bar on a passenger door of a transit vehicle comprises a display that can be controlled to display multiple colors continuous or blinking, and a control means causing the display to be dark when the door is closed, the display to be a first color when the operator has authorized opening, the display to flash a second color when the passenger has requested the door be opened, the display to be blinking the second color when the door is opening, the display to be continuously the second color when the door is resting in the open position, and the display to be blinking a third color while the door is closing.
