ADJUSTABLE HINGE ASSEMBLY FOR AUTOMOBILE TAILGATE
This invention relates to an adjustable hinge assembly for an automobile tailgate. The hinge assembly contains a first mounting plate configured for mounting to an automobile body, a first hinge member attached to the first mounting plate, a second mounting plate configured for mounting to a tailgate, and a second hinge member attached to the second mounting plate. The first and second hinge members are hingedly connected. Adjustment screws are positioned on the hinge assembly to adjust the position of the first hinge member on the first mounting plate in the x- and y-direction. An adjustment screw is positioned on the hinge assembly to adjust the position of the second hinge on the second mounting plate in the z-direction.
SIDE-ACCESSIBLE ADJUSTABLE RECEIVER FOR APPLIANCE HINGE
An adjustable appliance hinge receiver includes a base including spaced-apart first and second lateral walls. A slide body is slidably connected to the base and located between the lateral walls. The slide body slides relative to the base along an adjustment axis. At least one hinge mounting structure is connected to the slide body and is adapted to be engaged by an associated hinge. An adjustment system includes a first inclined ramp connected to the slide body and an adjustment shaft that extends between and that is rotatably supported by the first and second lateral walls of the base. The adjustment shaft is rotatable relative to the base about an axis of rotation. The adjustment system also includes an adjustment member engaged with the adjustment shaft and selectively movable along the axis of rotation in opposite first and second directions in response to rotational movement of the adjustment shaft in opposite first and second rotational directions such that rotation of the adjustment shaft in one of the first and second rotational directions causes the adjustment member to bear against the first ramp and induce sliding movement of the slide body relative to the base along the adjustment axis.
SLIDING DOOR DEVICES AND ELECTRONICS
Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a sliding door unit and an electronic device thereof. The sliding door unit includes a sliding door, setting on a base through a sliding component, and configured to slide relative to the base when receiving an external force; a first movement mechanism group placed at a first end of the sliding door; and a second movement mechanism group placed at a second end of the sliding door, and the first and second ends being two opposite ends. The first movement mechanism group and the second movement mechanism group move at a matching pace relative to the sliding door on the base when the sliding door is moved by the external force.
Door header
A laminated glass header for supporting a shower door. The header may have a taper at one or both of its ends to provide an automatic full open or full close feature of the door.
Hinge having hinge cup
A hinge assembly has first and second parts pivotally connected together. One of the parts has a hinge cup (13) and is connectable to a first element such as a cupboard door. The other part is connectable to a second element such as the cupboard carcase. The assembly includes a linear damping device (17), which is actuable to provide a damped resistive force over at least part of the range of relative pivotal movement between the two hinge elements. The linear damping device (17) is conveniently mounted within the hinge cup (13).
Flap bearing having an adjustment aid
The invention relates to a flap bearing having a pivot bearing for coupling a control arm of a prestressed lifting device in an articulated manner to a flap, folding flap, door, or the like of an item of furniture, an installation support of the flap bearing being fastened to the flap, folding flap, door, or the like, and a bearing part of the flap bearing supporting the pivot bearing and being supported on the installation support for displacing or pivoting along a displacement path. According to the invention, a positioning element is displaceably or pivotably supported on the installation support, and the positioning element is disposed in a displacement range of the bearing part along the displacement path.
The invention further relates to a lifting device having such a flap bearing and a method for adjusting such a flap bearing.
The flap bearing can be simply and quickly adjusted to the correct position thereof so that the flap, folding flap, door, or the like closes completely.
Stop position damping device and arrangement with stop position damping device
A stop position damping device (13) for a sliding element (11) that is slidably arranged in a sliding direction (R) relative to a stationary element (12) includes a structural unit (14) and an activating part (15) that are connected to one of the two elements (11), (12) respectively. The structural unit (14) has a base carrier (21) at which a damping cylinder supporting arrangement (23) is pivotably mounted with one and around a first pivot axis (S1). At the opposite free end (24), the damping cylinder supporting arrangement (23) is supported without guidance at the base carrier (21) via a biasing element (25), wherein the biasing element (25) creates a torque around the first pivot axis (S1). In an area that is closer to the free end (24) as to the first pivot axis (S1), a catch part (45) can move in a length direction (L) relative to the damping cylinder supporting arrangement (23). If an unintended collision occurs between the activating part (15) and the catch part (45), the damping cylinder supporting arrangement (23) with the catch part (45) can pivot away from the activating part (15).
FURNITURE HINGE
A furniture hinge includes a first fitting portion and a second fitting portion, the second fitting portion being pivotally connected to the first fitting portion by a hinge axis member. At least one of the fitting portions includes a base plate to be fixed to a furniture part, and an adjusting plate coupled to the hinge axis member, the adjusting plate being displaceably arranged on the base plate. A preferably pivotally mounted adjustment element can adjust a position of the adjusting plate relative to the base plate along a linear guide to adjust a position of the first fitting portion relative to the second fitting portion. A gap is formed between the first fitting portion and the second fitting portion in at least one relative position of the furniture hinge, and the adjustment element can be actuated by introducing a tool into the gap.
DOOR CLOSERS
A door closer, including: an anchor assembly, including: a frame mounting plate which is fixable relative to a door frame; and an adjustor plate; and an actuator assembly for mounting within the thickness of a door leaf to move the door leaf between open and closed configurations relative to the door frame, the actuator assembly including an operating member coupled by a link to the adjustor plate and mounted for a range of movements between a fully retracted position, in which the anchor assembly is held adjacent the actuator assembly when the door leaf is in the closed configuration, and an extended position, in which the anchor assembly is in spaced relation to the actuator assembly when the door leaf is in the open configuration, the link being configured to extend from the adjustor plate along a first axis, wherein the frame mounting plate is provided with one or more slot(s), the or each slot being elongated along a second axis, the second axis being generally orthogonal to the first axis.
