A TIP SEAL ARRANGEMENT FOR INJECTORS CONTAINING STEM CELLS
20200368405 · 2020-11-26 ·

An injector arrangement which allows the fat tissue to be drawn through a suction tip, stored inside a tube without intervention or exposure to air and centrifuged obtain fat based stem cells. The arrangement includes a modular piston with a movable structure which allows drawing the fat tissue into the tube through the suction tip by a piston tip seal, a piston shaft with modular structure which allows the said modular piston to move inside the tube and which can be separated from the modular piston in order to allow the tube to be placed inside the present centrifuge device after the fat tissue is drawn inside the tube, and an O-ring which engages into the O-ring seat formed on the hollow locking part in order to make the hollow locking part introduced on the modular piston to act as a locking device during the centrifuge.

SYRINGE FILLING DEVICE FOR FAT TRANSFER

The present disclosure provides systems and methods for transfer of tissue or other materials such as adipose tissue. The systems and methods can include a vessel and a syringe to facilitate transfer of tissue between one or more vessels and tissue implantation devices.

GUIDING DEVICE FOR INSERTING AND GUIDING A HARVESTING FAT TISSUE CANNULA AND RELATED STERILE KIT FOR HARVESTING ADIPOSE DERIVED STEM CELLS (ADSCS)
20200330124 · 2020-10-22 ·

This disclosure provides a guiding device shaped so as to hold a syringe equipped with a harvesting cannula and to allow to insert the harvesting cannula at the exact depth below the skin of the patient to attain the subcutaneous adipose tissue. The cannula may be moved move back and forth in a driven manner immersed in the subcutaneous adipose tissue without any risk of wounding inner organs of the patient and in the proper layer. This disclosure provides also a syringe holder in the form of a hollow box with circular openings on a top surface. The circular openings are shaped so as to let a barrel of a syringe enter therein and a barrel flange not pass therethrough, in order to keep harvesting syringes hung with their barrel flanges abutted against the top surface of the syringe holder and their barrels protected into the hollow box.

Tissue parcelization method and apparatus

Methods and systems for sizing fat parcels are provided. In particular, a parcelizer device that includes a container and a displacement insert or filter element is provided. Tissue containing fat parcels is passed through the parcelizer. The parcelizer can include multiple displacement inserts or filter elements. Alternatively or in addition, a plurality of displacement structures that each include one or more displacement inserts or filter elements can be provided. In general, the displacement inserts or filter elements are configured to progressively reduce the size of fat parcels included in tissue.

A TISSUE PROCESSING APPARATUS, A FILTER AND A METHOD FOR PROCESSING TISSUE THEREFROM
20200248127 · 2020-08-06 ·

A tissue processing apparatus, a filter and a method for processing tissue therefrom #! The problem to be solved is to provide a portable apparatus for processing harvested fat to form a good quality graft that does not clog syringes, and the problem is solved by providing an apparatus as in the present invention with a filter that is inclined to the base of the apparatus and comprises of plurality of elongated protrusion that are structured at an angle on the surface of the filter and blocks the fibres when the harvested fat moves on the inclined surface of the filter, thereby filtering the harvested fat and avoiding clogging of syringes.

Syringe filling device for fat transfer

DEVICE FOR REDUCING SIZE OF BIOLOGICAL TISSUE
20200237995 · 2020-07-30 ·

A device for reducing the size of biological tissue according to an embodiment comprises: a plate; and a thru-hole which penetrates the front and the rear of the plate and is defined by a plurality of edges of the plate, wherein each of the plurality of edges comprises a protruding part protruding toward a center part of the thru-hole, and biological tissue may be reduced in size by being scratched and torn by the protruding parts while passing through the thru-hole.

DEVICES, SYSTEMS, AND METHODS FOR TISSUE PROCESSING
20200182757 · 2020-06-11 ·

The present disclosure provides devices and methods for processing and harvesting adipose tissue. The present disclosure provides improved devices, systems, and methods for harvesting, processing, and filtering adipose tissue for autologous fat transfer procedures. The features of the devices and systems of the present disclosure increase efficiency and sterility of adipose tissue processing by reducing the need for users to interrupt the procedure to adjust some part of the system, such as unclogging filter pores or adjusting tubing.

LUER TO LUER TISSUE MORSELIZER
20200155737 · 2020-05-21 ·

A morselizer has a first end section with an axially and radially hollow luer fitting, a second end section with an axially and radially hollow luer fitting, a housing juxtaposed therebetween, a channel extending axially between the first end section and the second end section and through the housing providing an axial liquid pathway therein, and at least one blade disposed within the housing. Each end of the morselizer is attachable to a structure with a complimentarily sized luer fitting. In an embodiment, the morselizer facilitates atraumatic resizing of material through axial liquid transfer, by transferring material from a first structure attached to the first end section, thence through the channel, where material is resized by the blade, and through the second end section to a second structure attached to the second end section. The resized material may be suitable for injection, such as through a fine needle.
