A hinge bracket assembly includes an anchor plate. A retention member extends perpendicular to the anchor plate. The anchor plate defines a first receiving aperture. A hinge plate is aligned with the anchor plate and includes a hinge arm and a protrusion. The protrusion extends from an edge of the hinge plate opposite the hinge arm. The hinge plate defines a second receiving aperture aligned with the first receiving aperture when the protrusion is received by a space defined by the retention member. A locking arm is rotatable between an unlocked position and a locked position and is configured to be at least partially received by the first and second receiving apertures to couple the anchor plate and the hinge plate.
Detachable guide assembly for a shower enclosure door
A detachable guide assembly for a shower enclosure door includes a frame member defining a boundary of the shower enclosure, a guide member arranged to receive a shower enclosure door and guide sliding movement of the shower enclosure door relative to the frame member. The guide member is detachably fixed to the frame member, and an actuator is operable to detach the guide member from the frame member. The actuator is operable from outside of the shower enclosure.
DOOR DEVICE
Disclosed is a door device that can ensure necessary catch function and/or assist function and give a neat impression is provided. The hinge includes a first part to be attached to a main body and a second part to be attached to a door. The door device includes a base, an arm rotatably supported on the base and a spring for applying torque to the arm in the closing direction and/or in the opening direction thereof. The base of the door device is attached to the first part of the hinge.
HINGE FOR AN ITEM OF FURNITURE
The invention relates to a hinge for an item of furniture, comprising a first and a second hinge part (100, 200) that are pivotably interconnected by means of a hinged connection, the second hinge part (200) carrying or comprising a mounting element (300), the mounting element (300) comprising at least one guide assembly comprising at least one guide (405) that extends in the direction of a longitudinal axis (L) of the mounting element (300),
the mounting element (300) being connected to a retaining part (400) when in the mounting position, and the guide assembly acting between the mounting element (300) and the retaining part (400), by means of which guide assembly the mounting element (300) can be moved into a mounting position in a manner guided in the guide direction. A significant improvement in the ease of mounting is achieved in a hinge of this kind if the guide assembly comprises a first centering guide (406), by means of which the mounting element (300) is aligned in a first mounting direction when adjusted in the guide direction (L).
Hinge for a window, a window including a set of such hinges, and a method of installing such a window
In order to assist in mounting the hinge (210) on a window, the hinge comprises a mounting arrangement (250) including two mounting plates (251, 252) to be arranged on the frame of the window. The mounting arrangement includes at least one set of coupling means (253, 254) configured to engage with corresponding coupling means (263, 264) of the remaining components of the set of components of the hinge (210). The coupling means of the mounting arrangement (250) comprise at least one reception member (253, 254) provided on a respective mounting plate (251, 252) to engage with a respective engagement member (263, 264) of the coupling means of the remaining components by movement of the remaining components of the hinge substantially in parallel with said hinge plane to provide a releasable connection between the remaining components of the hinge (210) and the mounting plates (251, 252).
DOOR OPERATOR ARMATURE CONNECTIONS
An exemplary door control assembly includes a door control and an armature assembly. The door control includes a body and a pinion rotatably mounted to the body for rotation about a rotational axis. The pinion has a radially-outer periphery and a recess is formed in the radially-outer periphery. The armature assembly comprises an armature and a coupler. The armature is rotationally coupled with the pinion, and includes an opening in which the pinion is received. The coupler is movably mounted to the armature for movement between a coupling position and a decoupling position. With the coupler in the coupling position, the coupler projects into the recess and axially couples the armature and the pinion to prevent removal of the armature from the pinion. With the coupler in the decoupling position, the coupler axially decouples the armature and the pinion to permit removal of the armature from the pinion.
