The fenestration hinge assembly includes an adjustable hinge configured for elevation adjustment. The adjustable hinge includes an elevation adjustment pin interconnecting the first and second leaf knuckles. The elevation adjustment pin is configured to position the second leaf vertically relative to the first leaf.

The predetermined thickness is substantially less than the predetermined width so that both cooperatively and concurrently enhance viewing through the panel and the frame's stability.
