Door assembly for selectively interlocking opposing doors
A door assembly for selectively interlocking opposing doors each pivotably mounted at a hinge side thereof to a door frame so as to both open and close in the same direction includes a door handle assembly mounted to one door at a latch side thereof opposite the hinge side and carrying a first plurality of magnets, and another door handle assembly mounted to the other door at a latch side thereof opposite the hinge side and carrying a second plurality of magnets. The door handle assemblies are arranged relative to each other with the first and second pluralities of magnets aligned such each aligned pair of the first and second pluralities of magnets have opposite magnetic polarities, and the aligned first and second pluralities of magnets magnetically couple to each other as the door handle assemblies are brought into contact with each other.
Drive systems and hinged window assemblies incorporating the same
Hinged window drive systems and window assemblies incorporating them provide for a combination of powered or motorized operation in addition to manual operation using a hand crank, with the opportunity for a user to switch between motorized operation and manual operation as needed.

MAINTENANCE WINDOW LOCKING DEVICE
A maintenance window locking device is disclosed, including a maintenance window body, a maintenance window cover, a fastening plate, a first limiting mechanism including a groove, and a roller. The fastening plate includes a fastening plate body and a pin which are of an integrated structure. The pin is rotatably connected to the roller. The maintenance window body is hinged to a first end of the maintenance window cover. The fastening plate body is rotatably connected to a second end of the maintenance window cover. The first limiting mechanism is located on the maintenance window body. The fastening plate body drives the maintenance window cover to move toward the maintenance window body. The roller rolls along the first limiting mechanism until the roller is clamped into the groove, such that the maintenance window cover and the maintenance window body are tightly attached.
Animal crate with swing or drop door assembly
A door assembly includes a frame having interconnected wires that define an opening for an animal to pass therethrough, and a door having interconnected wires and being coupled to the frame. A latch assembly has a handle structure and a pin. The handle structure is pivotable with respect to one of the door and the frame, and the pin is movable axially with respect to one of the door and the frame. A first wire of the plurality of wires of the frame forms a key hole assembly. The key hole assembly defines an aperture for receiving the pin when the door is in a latched position with respect to the frame. A tab assembly is formed by at least one wire of the door and is disposable behind at least one of the plurality of wires of the frame in the closed position.

Refrigerator
Disclosed is a refrigerator. The refrigerator includes a cabinet having a storage compartment, an inner case (10) configured to define an external appearance of the storage compartment, a first door pivotably installed to the cabinet, the first door being configured to open or close one side of the storage compartment, a second door pivotably installed to the cabinet, the second door being configured to open or close a remaining side of the storage compartment, the second door having a pillar (100) configured to be rotated so as to come into contact with the first door, and a transfer member (1000) provided inside the inner case (10) so as to guide rotation of the pillar (100) by detecting rotation of the second door, and the pillar (100) is spaced apart from both a top wall of the inner case and a bottom wall of the inner case (10) so as not to come into contact with the inner case (10) in a state in which the second door seals the storage compartment.
SOLAR WINDOW CONSTRUCTION AND METHODS
Disclosed are novel forms of operable and fixed windows capable of at least one or more of: producing an electrical current utilizing a transparent or semi-transparent solar collecting coating or film on a pane, and selectively changing one or more of opacity and tint of one or more electrochromatic layers in the window. Some embodiments disclose a scaffold assembly to enclose the perimeter of the substrate and one or more transparent solar cells or electrochromatic layers, or transparent solar cells and electrochromatic layers. Various structural and electrical configurations are disclosed satisfying kinematic demands of operable windows. Wired and wireless configurations of the windows are contemplated as are self-powered versions whereby the transparent solar collector or wireless power powers electrochromatic functions. Also disclosed are self-powered and self-contained glaze units with control wirelessly or from user interface controls on an indoor facing pane. Also disclosed are other smart window functions.
Door rail system
An improved door rail system for holding a panel, such as a glass panel, is presented. The door rail system includes a core rail and clamping rails having a wedging geometry so that when the clamping rails are actuated with respect to the core rail, clamping force is applied to the glass panel to secure the panel within the core rail. The improved door rail system accommodates panels of varying thickness, features the use of modular side covers and incorporates a door to door jamb adjustment device allowing for angular adjustments.
Movable Wall Storage Device
The present invention relates to a movable wall storage device comprised of a front wall, a rear wall, a first side wall, a second side wall, a floor and a roof. The bottom edges of the roof are further comprised of a track that receives a roller located on the top edges of the first and second side walls. In this manner, the side walls can be slid along the track to expose the interior surface of the device. The device may also be comprised of a movable sub-floor that slides outwards from the interior space. Both the sub-floor and the sidewalls allow a user to easily place or remove large items into the interior space of the device, without having to step into the interior space or struggle to move the item through a door or other similar structure.
