THERMALLY-EFFICIENT SLIDABLE FENESTRATION ASSEMBLY
Exemplary implementations of a thermally-efficient slidable fenestration assembly are glass window systems or glass door systems having one or more sliding glass panels. The fenestration assemblies are adapted to be mounted in an architectural structure such as a building or house. Accessory channels in the fenestration framework may be provided to facilitate nail-fin, retro-fit or screen adaptors as means to attach the assembly to the surrounding architecture. Stiles, tracks and rails of the assembly are specifically configured to reduce heat transfer across the fenestration assembly, while simultaneously maintaining the structural integrity and durability of the overall assembly. Certain stile, track and rail components may comprise materials of relatively low conductivities. Preferred stile configurations include interlock elements arranged to reduce the assembly's vulnerability to tampering from a position outside of the fenestration.
WINDOW SEAL FOR PREVENTING WATER PENETRATION
A water penetration prevention system includes an insert for being positioned along a track for a window, the insert having a first engaging portion disposed on a first side of the insert and a second engaging portion disposed on a second side of the insert. The system also includes a seal engaging member disposed between the first engaging portion and the second engaging portion, the seal engaging member being selectively positionable between a first position that a second position. The seal engaging member, in the second position, applies a force on at least one of the first side of the insert and the second side of the insert that causes the at least one of the first side of the insert and the second side of the insert to sealingly engage a corresponding one of the window and a vertical wall of the track.

SLIDING WINDOW OR SLIDING DOOR ARRANGEMENT
A sliding window or sliding door arrangement having an external frame and a sliding element which is displaceably mounted in the external frame, a cable deflection system for tensioning and deflecting a cable, which includes a first cable deflection unit with a first cable deflection device, a second cable deflection unit with a second cable deflection device, and a guide channel which extends in the direction of gravitational force. The second cable deflection unit is held in the guide channel against gravitational force by a cable which is inserted into the cable deflection device, such that when the sliding element is displaced, the second cable deflection unit is displaced in the direction of gravitational force or in the opposing direction in the guide channel.
Display device
A cabinet may include an enclosure having sidewalls and a base. Further, the firearm cabinet may include a plurality of holders within the enclosure and configured to slide into and out of the enclosure at an angle other than perpendicular relative to a face of the cabinet. In some aspects, the cabinet may be configured to secure a plurality of elongate objects, such as pool cues, fishing poles, firearms, and so on.

MODULAR ARCHITECTURAL WALL SYSTEM
A modular, lightweight, nonload bearing, space dividing architectural wall system. The architectural wall system configured to be installed in an opening defined by one or more studs of an interior wall and to interlock with one or more at least partially surrounding panels of sheet rock adhered to the one or more studs. The architectural wall system including one or more modular panels, each modular panel including at least a three sided extruded metal perimeter frame having a cross-section including a rectangular tubular portion and a pair of opposed sheet rock accommodating brackets, each defining a channel configured to receive an edge of the one or more at least partially surrounding panels of sheet rock, thereby interlocking the perimeter frame with the at least partially surrounding panels of sheet rock to secure the perimeter frame to the interior wall and to provide a finished appearance to the opening.

Interlock assemblies for fenestration systems and methods
Interlock assemblies for sliding fenestration systems that provide for adjustment of the position and/or shape of the interlock assemblies and methods of adjusting the position and/or shape of the interlock assemblies are described herein. The interlock assemblies for sliding fenestration systems may be adjusted after installation to accommodate changes in the position and/or shape of the sides of building opening on which a stationary interlock structure is mounted.
