The light modulation controller is in communication with at least one light modulation element of a fenestration assembly having a frame and a panel. The light modulation controller includes a light prescription module configured to provide a specified light prescription for the building interior. A lighting difference module is configured to determine a prescription difference between the specified light prescription and ambient light. A dynamic light module of the light modulation controller operates the at least one light modulation element according to the prescription difference. The ventilation modulation controller is in communication with at least one operator configured to open and close the panel. A ventilation prescription module provides a specified ventilation prescription for the building interior, and a dynamic ventilation module implements panel closing and opening according to the specified ventilation prescription.
Vehicle door opening and closing apparatus
A vehicle door opening and closing apparatus includes a vehicle door, a rail configured to be mounted on a vehicle body, a roller unit mounted on the vehicle door, and configured to allow the vehicle door to open and close in a sliding mode in which the vehicle door is configured to slide along the rail and in a swing mode in which the vehicle door is configured to swing in a predetermined position of the rail, and a hold lock releasably holding the vehicle door in an open position or releasably holding the vehicle door in a closed position when the vehicle door is opened or closed in the sliding mode, respectively.
SPACE-SAVING MOVABLE DOOR/WINDOW SYSTEM CAPABLE OF BEING FULLY OPENED
A space-saving movable door/window system capable of being fully opened which belongs to the field of smart building technology includes a door/window panel mounting space, a door/window panel storage space and a door/window panel control module. The present invention adopts a lengthwise and widthwise moving system. All of the door/window panels can be entirely stored in the door/window panel storage space, making the door/window fully opened to spare all the occupied space. The door/window panel storage space may be located in a wall or outside the room to hide the stacked door/window panels. By controlling the operations of the moving system and the control system, the door/window panels are effectively connected to one another in an aligned manner and can move automatically, so the space-saving movable door/window system is convenient to use, space-saving, and can effectively improve space utilization ratio.
Fenestration assembly and building service control with the same
A fenestration system includes one or more of a light modulation controller or ventilation modulation controller.
Breakout sliding door system with pivoting rod
The present invention relates to a breakout sliding door system for use in retail and other buildings. The system includes at least one door configured to slide open and closed and also breakout in at least one direction when a force is exerted on the doors in order to, for example, allow customers and employees to exit a building in the event of a fire. The system also includes a leveling system configured to keep at least one door level when it breaks out.
Revolving Door
A revolving door comprising a wall or walls in which openings for inlet and outlet of persons and/or objects are provided, and rotatable door wings that during use are rotatable around an imaginary central vertical axis in a passage area surrounded by the wall or walls, wherein each of said door wings is provided with a slidable door wing part for extending and/or retracting the door wing of which it forms a part, wherein each of said door wings substantially comprises slidable door wing parts only so as to provide that the slidable door wing parts of any single door wing are selectable to be placed in at least two positions, a first position wherein said door wing parts are entirely adjacent or next to each other and wherein edges of said door wing parts are adjacent to the wall or walls, and wherein said door wing parts extend radially away from said wall or walls towards the imaginary central vertical axis, and a second position wherein said door wing parts are entirely adjacent or next open opening or to each other and wherein edges of said door wing parts are adjacent to the central vertical axis, and wherein said door wing parts extend radially away from the central vertical axis towards the wall or walls.
Combination Forced Entry Resistant Sash Lock and Tilt Latch, Also Functioning as a Window Opening Control Device
A window fastener includes a forced-entry-resistant sash lock and tilt latch assembly. The sash lock is actuated to engage a keeper to lock the closed sash window. The tilt latch assembly permits sliding of the unlocked window, and prevents tilting until the tilt latch assembly is actuated by the interconnected sash lock. The sash lock and tilt latch assembly cooperate with a stop member secured to a master window frame, to limit opening of the window to a position between the closed position and a full open position, through contact of the latch assembly with a portion of the stop member. The sash lock is configured to actuate the latch assembly into a cocked position, permitting window movement beyond the limited position, and selective contact between the latch assembly and stop member that triggers latch assembly repositioning, causing automatic locking of the sash window when moved into the closed position.
Arrangement for moving a door in swinging and sliding motions
The present invention aims at providing an arrangement for moving a door in both a swinging and a sliding manner, in which a pivoting means allows the rotation of the door around at least two axes of rotationa slide axis around which the pivoting that allows the sliding motion takes place, and a swing axis, further passing through a swing point of a guiding means intended for allowing the door to slide over a guiding rail, around which the door swings.
Door apparatus with boom assembly
A door apparatus includes a door frame, a boom mounted rotatably to the door frame, a truck mounted reciprocally to the boom, and a door mounted rotatably to the truck. The door is in a closed position received by the door frame, when the boom is rotated toward the door frame and the Door is rotated to an infacing position relative to the door frame. The door is in an open position withdrawn from the door frame, when the boom is rotated away from the door frame. The truck is disabled from reciprocating along the boom and the door is disabled from rotating, when the door is in the closed position. The truck is enabled for reciprocating along the boom and the door is enabled for rotating, when the door is in the open position.
