LIFT-TURN DOOR
A door assembly includes a door positionable within an opening defined in a wall, a bottom seal mounted to one of a bottom of the door and an underlying surface to generate a sealed interface at the underlying surface when the door is in a closed position, and a linkage operatively coupled to the door and actuatable to lift the door upwardly relative to the underlying surface and thereby separate the bottom seal from the other of the bottom of the door and the underlying surface.
Double Door Gate Apparatus
A double door gate apparatus having a frame, a main gate and a secondary gate, where the apparatus includes the unique features of a) a latch apparatus between uppermost framework members of the main gate and secondary gate, b) the latch apparatus being weighted to return to a normally closed position, c) each of the main gate and secondary gates having an inverted U-shaped piece engaging the bottommost horizontal member such that each of the main and secondary gates need to be lifted prior to being opened and prior to being closed, and d) a pair of hand wheels on a common shaft that work together to space the double door gate apparatus a desired distance from a vertical surface such as a wall.

Latch apparatus
A wire crate latch apparatus having, in a first embodiment, a pivoting member that is continually drawn to a closed position by gravity and that is deflected into a catch when the door having the pivoting member is swung closed. The latch apparatus further includes upper and lower stops to contain a distal end of the pivoting member and to hold the distal end in the position to hit an oblique portion of the catch when the door is closed. In a second embodiment, a sliding latch apparatus is deflected by a catch and is relatively inaccessible from inside of the wire crate by back plates on the latch and catch.

Powered accessory port closure lid
Systems of an electrical vehicle and the operations thereof are provided. A powered accessory port may be utilized to selectively reveal/conceal an interior portion, such as charging connection when the powered accessory port is disposed on the exterior of a vehicle, or a user device connection, such as when the powered accessory port is disposed in the interior of the vehicle. The powered accessory port, when energized, provides a rotational force that is partially translated into a longitudinal force such that the single rotational force provides both a lifting (or lowering) motion as well as a rotational motion.

MOTOR DRIVING DEVICE PROVIDED WITH FAN UNIT
A motor driving device capable of being more easily installed at a mounting member. The motor driving device includes a mounting member including a mounting hole; a fan unit configured to be fixed to the mounting member, the fan unit including a lid disposed to cover the mounting hole; a restricting member configured to restrict movement of the lid in an away direction from the mounting member by sandwiching the lid between the restricting member and the mounting member; and a guide mechanism configured to guide an operation of the restricting member moving along the lid from a non-restricting position where movement of the lid in the away direction is allowed to a restricting position where movement of the lid in the away direction is restricted.
