One or more hinges may secure a first panel of the plurality of panels to a second panel of the plurality of panels. The member may be a transparent or translucent window. The apparatus may be a garage door, an entry door, a window, or a storefront.

The blocks are modified to contain notches formed therein to form the cantilever beams.
