The first panel and the second panel each have a first end portion including a planar surface, a recess defined in the planar surface, and a rail extending from a trough of the recess, the rail having a height that is less than a depth of the recess. A channel member is secured to the rail of the first panel. The channel member extends beyond the planar surface of the first panel and is configured to receive the rail of the second panel.
DOOR-READY MOLDING
A door system including a primary door molding attachable to a primary door frame, the primary door molding including a first vertical member and a first hinge member extending from the first vertical member. One of a horizontal member from which the first vertical member downwardly extends and the first vertical member includes a first rotatably engageable element, and the first hinge member includes a second rotatably engageable element vertically spaced from the first rotatably engageable element.
DOOR ASSEMBLY, AIR HANDLING UNIT COMPRISING SUCH A DOOR ASSEMBLY, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SUCH A DOOR ASSEMBLY
Door assembly, air handling unit comprising such a door assembly, and method for manufacturing such a door assembly. This door assembly (29) comprises a frame (31), extending along a frame plane (P1) and comprising: at least one frame beam (35) defining a frame axis (X35) along the frame plane, the frame beam comprising a main body (39) elongated along the frame axis and having a substantially constant cross-section (S39) along said frame axis, the main body comprising a beveled portion (55) inclined relative to the frame plane; and a swing door (33), pivotably secured to the frame between an opened position and a closed position, said swing door comprising at least one edge beam (63) comprising a main body (139) elongated along an edge axis (X63) of the edge beam and having a substantially constant cross-section (S139) along said edge axis, the main body comprising a beveled portion (155) which is brought to rust against the beveled portion of the frame beam when the swing door is brought to the closed position, wherein the cross-section (S39) of the main body (39) of the frame beam (35) is identical to the cross-section (S139) of the main body (139) of the edge beam (63).
DOORS INCLUDING CUSTOMIZABLE AND REMOVABLE STORAGE
The disclosed technology provides a modular insert useful for storing one or more objects, designed and configured to inset within a door having one or more cavities. The modular insert includes a frame having a plurality of walls and a top panel movably affixed to the frame. Some of the walls have apertures to receive affixation means to secure the modular insert to an interior support structure of the door. The disclosed technology further regards a door suitable for receiving one or more modular inserts. The door has a plurality of stiles and rails, wherein the stiles and rails form one or more cavities.
Door leaf with panel and panel kit for such a door leaf
Disclosed is a door leaf including a frame and a door panel with a front leaf, a back leaf and a filler plate. The frame includes conventional profiles with a lip oriented inwards to form a groove. The front leaf is affixed against the front of the frame, and at least partially covers the front of the frame. The door panel is fastened to the back of the frame by panel slats. The front leaf is provided with clamp that enable the front leaf to be pulled against the front of the frame, whereby these clamps are formed by one or more clamps along the periphery of the frame with a basic element that is fastened on the front leaf and a clamping slat affixed thereon that hooks behind an aforementioned lip and can be tightened on the basic element towards the front leaf.
DOOR PANEL AND A STILE THEREOF
A door panel comprising a body having front and rear door skins sandwiching, at least partially, two stiles, which together delimit an interior for injection of filling material. At least one of the stiles comprises a hollow structure with a partitioned hollow interior that extends along substantially the entire length of the body to offer mechanical strength to the door and to provide foundation for installing door fittings.
Door with high energy efficiency
The invention relates to the manufacturing of solid wood doors and consists in increasing the insulating value of a door by inserting an insulating material between the internal and external panels and in the center of the structural parts of the door. In this way, a door with a minimum of non-insulated surfaces is achieved. By using this system, the insulating value of the assembled door is significantly increased and reach the requirements of high energy efficiency programs such as ENERGY STAR. In addition to this, the rigidity and the durability of the solid wood door are not significantly compromised. A door with a traditional style and high thermal resistance levels is achieved.

Door with embedded protecting device
The invention belongs to the technical field of closing devices, and particularly relates to a door with an embedded protecting device. The invention aims at providing a door enabling the service life of the door and the protecting device to be prolonged. To solve the above problem, according to the technical scheme, the door with the embedded protecting device comprises a door sheet and a door frame, wherein the door sheet is connected with the door frame through hinges. The door further comprises an elastic sheet and/or an elastic column, and one end of the elastic sheet and/or the elastic column is fixedly connected with the inner side of a vertical frame. A first clamped board and a second clamped board are also arranged inside the door sheet, and the first clamped board and the second clamped board are fixedly connected with the inner side of the door frame to form a hollow area which matches with the elastic sheet and/or the elastic column. The hollow area further includes an opening and a bottom which are positioned on different sides inside the door sheet, and the elastic sheet and/or the elastic column extend/extends into the hollow area from the opening.
METHOD OF MANUFACTURING A MOLDED DOOR SKIN FROM A FLAT WOOD COMPOSITE, DOOR SKIN PRODUCED THEREFROM, AND DOOR MANUFACTURED THEREWITH
A method of manufacturing a hollow core door is disclosed, as wall as a corresponding hollow core door. The method includes the steps of providing a solid flat door skin, moisturizing the flat skin, applying a conditioning resin thereto, pre-heating the flat door skin, and thereafter pressing the flat door skin between a pair of heated platens in a press in order to reform the flat skin into a molded skin including a plurality of panels defined therein. The press continuously closes in order to reform the flat skin into the molded skin, with the rate of press closure being a function of the determined hardness of the flat skin to be reformed. The resulting door skins have an improved bond strength, and are efficiently manufactured.
