MOLDED DOOR FACING BLANK AND METHOD OF FORMING SAME
The present invention is directed to a door facing blank having a first major surface with a design element formed therein, and an opposite second major surface. At least three longitudinally extending spaced stile receiving areas are disposed on the second major surface. Two of the stile receiving areas define a first width, and three of the stile receiving areas define a second width greater than the first width. The door facing blank may be trimmed to form a door facing having a selected width. A method of forming a door facing blank, and a mold press for forming a door facing blank are also disclosed.
CABINET DOOR ASSEMBLY AND MANUFACTURING THEREOF
A cabinet door having a first member with a first recess disposed along a top side of the center panel between a first stile and a second stile, a second recess disposed along a bottom side of the center panel between the first stile and the second stile, and a first veneer having a longitudinally extending grain pattern; a second member with a second veneer having a longitudinally extending grain pattern, and a first rabbet; and a third member with a third veneer having a longitudinally extending grain pattern; and a second rabbet; where the second member fits into the first recess, the third member fits into the second recess, and the longitudinally extending grain pattern of the second veneer is parallel to the longitudinally extending grain pattern of the third veneer and perpendicular to the longitudinally extending grain pattern of the first veneer.

Composed element and corner connection applied herewith
A composed element includes at least two panel-shaped elements, such as a locking tongue and groove connection, that are arranged to be coupled to each other at an angle, either directly or indirectly by means of an intermediate piece. The connection includes, at least at one of the panel-shaped elements, a tongue or groove, cooperable with a groove or tongue provided on the other panel-shaped element or on the intermediate piece. The tongue includes a split tongue, with at least a first part and a second part, and a slit located therebetween. A locking part is located at the outer side of at least said first part wherein the slit, seen in cross-section of the tongue, defines at least one side, the course of which, seen in cross-section, deviates from the main direction belonging to the tongue.
DOOR SKINS, DOORS, AND NESTED DOOR SKINS
A door skin is provided that includes at least one inner panel, an outer body portion surrounding the at least one inner panel, and at least one contoured portion surrounding the at least one panel and interconnecting the at least one panel to the outer body portion. The at least one contoured portion is recessed from the at least one panel and the outer body portion and includes a center base portion that interconnects with the outer body portion via a first sloping portion and with the panel via a second sloping portion. The first sloping portion includes a first angled portion and a first bump. The second sloping portion includes second and third bumps.
