Fenestration unit with drainage passage from corner key and through cladding
A fenestration unit includes a frame corner key that includes a corner key fluid outlet and a cladding having an aperture for the corner key fluid outlet. The fenestration unit also includes a weep drainage system with a fluid path defined from the frame corner key, through the corner key fluid outlet, and through the aperture to drain from the fenestration unit.
MITRED CORNERED FRAME CLAMP
A mitred corner of a frame has a clamp 1 clamping together a top member 2 and a side member 3. The corner is at a corner of a glass panel 4 accommodated within a frame made up of four such members, each clamped together by similar clamps. The frame members are mitred at 45 with faces 8. Webs 7 of the frame members are drilled with bores 9 fixing screws 10 The screws engage in two clamp elements are used at each corner, in the form of stainless steel blocks 12,13.
The block 12 has at its end close to the mitre faces 8, a 45 surface 17 and a threaded end bore 19 is provided. The block 13 has a finger 24 extending past the face 8. The finger has a clearance screw bore 25 and at its distal end a snib 26 directed towards the block 12.
Corner key composite member
A corner key for a window assembly may be composed of a first body portion having an inner edge, and a second body portion having an inner edge in which a gap is formed between the inner edges of the first and second body portions. The key may include a channel disposed within the gap and a port in fluid communication with the channel. The first body portion may have a first adhesive bonding area in fluid communication with the channel and the second body portion may have a second adhesive bonding area in fluid communication with the channel. The corner key may be inserted into a first and a second window element. An adhesive material may be inserted through the port to spread through the channel to the first and second adhesive bonding areas inserted into the window elements, thereby forming an adhesive bond therewith.
Fenestration trim assembly
A corner key for a fenestration trim assembly includes a sloped bearing surface configured to bias a first lineal toward a second lineal about the longitudinal axis of the second lineal.
Door panel stile and rail connector system, apparatus and methods
A system, device, assembly and methods for a door assembly, including a door stile and rail connector are shown and described.
Door panel stile and rail connector system, apparatus and methods
A system, device, assembly and methods for a door assembly, including a door stile and rail connector are shown and described.
CORNER KEY FOR EXTRUDED WINDOWS AND DOORS
A corner key includes a heel and at least one leg extending from the heel defining a longitudinal axis. A nose is disposed along the longitudinal axis. The nose includes a first wedge area and an opposite second wedge area. The corner key further includes a bridge connecting the nose to the at least one leg. Upon insertion into a frame member, the nose substantially rotates to engage both the first wedge area and the second wedge area within the frame member and wedge the nose therein.

Corner bracket
A corner bracket for a window blind frame, the corner bracket including a central body portion and extending from the central body portion a first connector and a second connector, wherein the second connector is angled relative to the first connector; each connector includes a locating arm, a friction plate and a stop surface; wherein each friction plate defines a pair of opposed surfaces and each surface carries thereon a respective outwardly projecting deformable rib; and wherein each locating arm further includes at least one further outwardly projecting deformable rib.
FRAME ASSEMBLY WITH REINFORCED CORNER STRUCTURE
A kit for a frame assembly is disclosed. The kit comprises a first frame member, a second frame member, and a first and second counterpart of a corner connector. The first and second counterparts are co-operatively configured for connecting to obtain the corner connector. The first counterpart, the second counterpart, the first frame member, and the second frame member are co-operatively configured for assembly to define the frame assembly. The first frame member is coupled to the second frame member via the obtained corner connector. The corner connector is connected to the first frame member along a first side of the first frame member and is also connected along a second side of the first frame member, and the corner connector is connected to the second frame member along a first side of the second frame member and is also connected along a second side of the second frame member.
