PET DOOR
A pet door includes a motor for locking and unlocking a pet flap of a pet door. The pet flap is rotatably attached to an upper portion of the pet door. The flap has at least one peripheral edge and a movable seal coupled to the flap for reciprocal movement between a retracted position and an extended position. The seal has a second magnetic portion that is magnetically attracted to the first magnetic portion of the frame. The seal is biased to the retracted position when the door is open and the seal being magnetically biased to the extended position by the magnetic force between the first and second magnetic portions when the door is closed.

SELF-ADJUSTING DAMPER BASED LINEAR ALIGNMENT SYSTEM
A steam sterilizer having a door movable relative to an opening between a first open position and a second closed position. A plurality of spaced-apart roller assemblies are aligned along edges of the door to align the door relative to the opening as the door moves between the open and closed position. Each of the roller assemblies are comprised of a cylindrical roller having an outer annual recess extending along the periphery thereof. The recess is dimensioned to receive a lateral edge of the door. The roller is mounted on a shaft and is movable against a biasing force axially along the axis of the shaft.

DOOR ASSEMBLY FOR AN ELECTROMAGNETIC SHIELDED ENCLOSURE
A door assembly for an electromagnetic shielded enclosure includes a metal door frame for defining a passageway into the enclosure and a door for selectively enclosing the passageway. The door includes a door leaf pivotally coupled to the frame. A set of radio frequency (RF) seals is connected to the exposed peripheral edge of a conductive plate in the door leaf. Each RF seal includes a resilient movable finger which overlies a U-shaped bracket mounted along the outer edge of the door leaf. A plurality of air cylinders is mounted within each bracket and is designed to urge the resilient finger of each RF seal into contact with the door frame. By integrating the RF seal and its related mechanical components into the door, the passageway into the enclosure is rendered less obtrusive. Additionally, the use of multiple air cylinders to actuate each RF seal creates operational redundancy.

Top-hanging sliding door including bottom guide and seal
Systems and methods for providing a drop seal assembly which is concealed within an opening in the bottom of a sliding door panel of a top-hanging sliding door. The drop seal assembly may include bottom guide which defines a downward facing elongated slot or track which receives a sill guide therein. The drop seal assembly also includes a drop down acoustic seal which automatically drops down to contact the floor surface below the door panel when the door panel is moved from an open position into a closed position. The distance that the seal drops down upon closing of the door panel may be selectively adjustable to accommodate variances in the air gap between the door bottom and the floor surface due to particular installation conditions. A concealed magnetic bottom seal activator may be used to provide self-adjusting activation of the door bottom seal assembly using two opposing magnets.

Automatic hatch for bulk material containers
An automatic hatch assembly for bulk material containers includes a hatch cover which covers a fill opening of the container, and may be retrofitted to existing containers equipped with a conventional hatch cover. A drive unit is operable to open and close the hatch cover, and a locking assembly actuates an extendable lock member. Optionally, a pneumatic seal is provided within the cover for sealing the container from the outside environment. The locking assembly is adapted to resist opening forces applied to the cover, such as when the container is pressurized, and a sequencing controller may be provided to facilitate automated operation of the opening/closing, locking/unlocking, and/or sealing/unsealing of the hatch cover.
Flood vent having a panel
According to one embodiment, a flood vent panel includes a plurality of insulation pieces positioned together, and a panel frame surrounding the plurality of insulation pieces. The flood vent panel is configured to be coupled to a frame positionable on a structure, so as to at least partially block a fluid passageway through an opening in the structure. Each of the plurality of insulation pieces is separate from the other insulation pieces of the plurality of insulation pieces. Each of the plurality of insulation pieces is separate from the panel frame.
